Took her to a local repair shop yesterday and they told me there was a part that was loose and they went ahead and tightened it for me. Now my van rides without any suspension issues.

Live in Troy and skip closer Toyota dealers to service my Prius bc they’re just so much better and easier to deal with at Page. Ansley is the man! Ask for him in service. No aggressive upsells.

Had an issue with the seat in my car. Took it there June 2024. The same issue happened again in September. Took it there again where they told us what they did last time May or may not have caused the recurring issue. Quoted us $1800. Said they had to order a part and it would take 2 weeks. Then they ordered the wrong part. Then never called us when it was in. My husband called last week to ask for an update and still hasn’t received a call. We took the car to auto lab on 5 mile this morning and they already fixed the issue for $128. So not only did Page Toyota never even return our calls about the part they were supposed to order, but they clearly are scammers. Will never be going back here.

Originally was going to get my vehicle an oil change, but had a belt change added. After the service was finished, there were multiple issues that makes me believe that the technician must've been drunk on the job to be this careless with his work. First was visible damage and scratches to the exterior of the car. Oil marks and scratches within the interior of the car. Under the hood, multiple compartments were not screwed back into place. Will be contacting the dealership and after reading everyone's reviews, Toyota as well.

Rough customer service. If you get diagnosis done and dont get repaired, they charge. If you get repair done, then they don't charge for diagnosis. Oil change price is reasonable.
