I took my Elantra to this place last year, it was brand new and purchased from their dealer down the street. I was side swiped on the passenger side so it needed a fender, doors can be fixed and the back bumper would need to be replaced. When i got the car back after the insurance paid a godly amount for things like “door replacement” and the car was delayed about 4 weeks for them to “receive the doors” i was never comfortable with the way it came out however i figured this isn’t my job and just brushed it under the rug. I’ve always heard something knocking in the back but honestly being without my car for 2 months and struggling for rides i didn’t care. Finally i got sick of the noise and went on YouTube to see how i could take the back bumper off to see what the rattling is. Boy oh boy was I in for a big surprise! So the back bumper that was suppose to be replaced was repaired and you can see the adhesive on the inside, one of the screw holes was no good so they decided to use a drywall screw to hold it up. I mean as long as you don’t see it, it doesn’t matter right? But wait the insurance paid for a new bumper replacement where is my new bumper? So then i watched this magnet trick on YouTube to see if the metal Panels were bondoed, which i figured no way they would bondo brand new doors. Besides they charged my insurance about $8k for 4 pieces to paint and install the rest had to be for parts right? Well the magnet was not sticking to the parts of the door they used bondo on. So now i have a back bumper that’s glued back together and doors that were never replaced. I’m glad they replaced the fender though because i would be even more mad if they fixed a $45 part. After i took off the back bumper completely i noticed they didn’t even replace the bumper reinforcement and left it bent. Out of mind out of sight i guess! I had to wait 6 weeks for them to take my car in and another 5-6weeks for them to finish it becausr they “had to wait for parts” which is complete none sense since they just repaired my old parts and charged my insurance for new ones. I mean can we at least split the money the insurance paid for the parts that were never replaced? As for customer service, i had to kiss rear so these ladies didn’t take anything the wrong way but now i see why they were on edge with all the fraud going on here. Never again will i purchase a car from their dealer nor fix one with their collision shop. I will attach the photos below for anyone thinking of taking their car here, don’t let the man lady convince you their professional. Take it to one of the unlicensed places in detroit somewhere at least you get what you pay for there, unlike this place, you get taxed and waxed for some glue and drywall screws. Very sad!

Had my Kia taken in for recall issues, had trouble with getting issues taken care of some place else. Glassman was so great to me, only took 2 days to fix the 3 recall issues (was told elsewhere it would be 3 WEEKS). Everyone was so nice and helpful. Kept in touch with me and everything is working perfectly. So Happy I took my Kia here, definitely will come back for maintenance or any issues that come up. Thank You Everyone

This place is beyond unprofessional. Pictured below is the damage I needed fixed. I dropped my car off 11/13 (after waiting one month to be able to drop it off) and could not get it back until 12/14. This place does not care about customer service satisfaction. I got no updates until I called and if I called too much the receptionist just hung up or transferred my call to the service desk. I was given miss information on when repairs where being done, and when I told them I knew they were misrepresenting the dates (my insurance company was sending updates on estimates and payment dates) their stories changed on why was car was taking so long. 6,000 dollars and one month later I have my car back and will never in life recommend or use this company again.
