Page Auto Collision Center Introduce

Page Auto Collision Center, located at 21262 Telegraph Rd, Southfield, MI 48033, USA, operates as an "Auto Repair Station" specializing in collision repair and bodywork. They can be contacted at (877) 458-9015 or +1 877-458-9015. This establishment is part of the broader automotive service industry, focusing on restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, addressing cosmetic and structural damage resulting from collisions, and other forms of vehicle wear and tear.

As an “Auto Repair Station” primarily focused on collision work, Page Auto Collision Center offers a range of services typical of a body shop. This includes addressing dents, scrapes, paint damage, and more extensive structural repairs. Their website indicates they offer complimentary estimates, complimentary vehicle cleaning and sanitizing, complimentary pick-up and drop-off, and boast highly trained technicians with a combined 150 years of experience. They also claim to work directly with all insurance companies, are OEM Certified by Toyota and Honda, and offer a lifetime warranty on their repairs. These are common services and assurances provided by collision centers aiming to facilitate the repair process for customers who have been in an accident.

Regarding the **environment** of Page Auto Collision Center, direct information about the physical waiting area or shop floor's ambiance is not explicitly detailed in the provided reviews. However, the nature of a collision center suggests that it would be equipped with specialized tools and bays for bodywork, painting, and frame straightening. A clean and organized facility is generally a standard expectation for such an operation, although specific customer commentary on this aspect is not available in the given snippets. Some reviews for the broader Page Toyota dealership, which includes the collision center, mention a "clean environment" and that "The waiting area is not the fanciest but still one my favorite dealerships for the quality of work." This suggests that while perhaps not luxurious, the environment aims for functionality and quality of work.

The **services** provided by Page Auto Collision Center, as a collision specialist, encompass various types of damage repair. Based on the services typical of collision centers and some external information, these would include: bumper repairs, addressing dents and scrapes; hail damage repairs, which often involve paintless dent repair or more traditional dent repair methods; and minor and major bodywork, which can range from fixing small chips to extensive frame repair after a significant collision. They also indicate that their team is equipped to handle all types of vehicles, not just Toyota and Honda, despite being located at Page Toyota, and can repair dents, windshields, bumpers, and paint work, as well as more extensive body and frame repair.

The **features** of Page Auto Collision Center, particularly as perceived by customers, present a mixed picture. On the one hand, their website highlights features such as "Complimentary Estimates," "Complimentary Vehicle Cleaning and Sanitizing," "Complimentary Pick-up and Drop-Off," and a "Lifetime Warranty." They also state that their technicians have a "combined 150 Years of Experience" and are "OEM Certified by Toyota and Honda," implying a high level of expertise and quality in their repairs. They also offer "Rental Car Assistance" to help customers remain mobile while their vehicle is being repaired. These are certainly attractive features for customers dealing with the inconvenience of a damaged vehicle.

However, customer reviews provided reveal some significant concerns regarding certain operational aspects. One prominent **feature** that appears to be a point of contention is their **pricing**. A customer reported being given an estimate of over $4,000 for a minor scrape and dent, which was subsequently fixed for only $1,000 at another body shop. This experience led the customer to perceive the initial estimate as a "complete rip off" and "insulting my intelligence." The customer suggests that Page Auto Collision Center might "try to justify bloated numbers by claiming they do superior work to other body shops or add in 'what if scenarios' to the estimate," but ultimately found the "numbers simply don’t add up." This feedback points to a potential issue with perceived price gouging, which can significantly impact customer trust and satisfaction.

Another critical aspect highlighted in the reviews is **communication**. Multiple customers have reported "poor communication." One customer explicitly stated, "They never reached out to me, I had to do the reaching out." This individual also noted receiving "3 different dates on when my vehicle would be ready," and even having to discover completion dates from their insurance company rather than directly from the collision center. Such experiences indicate a lack of proactive and consistent communication, which can lead to frustration and anxiety for customers awaiting vehicle repairs. Effective communication is crucial in the auto repair industry, especially for collision work, where customers are often reliant on updates for their daily transportation needs.

Based on the provided information, **promotional information** for Page Auto Collision Center would primarily stem from their stated commitment to quality and comprehensive service offerings, such as their lifetime warranty, OEM certifications, and complimentary services like estimates and vehicle cleaning. The fact that they "Work Directly with All Insurance Companies" and offer "Rental Car Assistance" would also be key promotional points, as these streamline the often-stressful post-collision process for customers. However, the customer reviews, which are a form of organic promotion (or anti-promotion), suggest that despite these stated features, there are challenges in the areas of pricing transparency and customer communication that could detract from their overall appeal. While they may promote their "combined 150 years of experience" and ability to make vehicles "look like-new," the negative feedback regarding cost and communication could potentially undermine these claims in the eyes of prospective customers. Ultimately, their most effective promotion would be consistently delivering on their promises of fair pricing and clear communication, which the provided reviews indicate may not always be the case.

Complete rip off in my opinion. Gave me an estimate of $4,000+ to fix a minor scrape and dent. Took it to Glassman body shop down the street and they only charged me $1k (It looks good as new now). I’m familiar with what it takes to fix this type of damage plus you can literally find YouTube videos of this type of damage being fixed in a day by retired or amateur body shop guys, so I felt like the $4k+ number was insulting my intelligence. They will try to justify bloated numbers by claiming they do superior work to other body shops or add in “what if scenarios” to the estimate, but the numbers simply don’t add up at the end of the day. I’m writing this review, not to down the body shop workers because I’m sure they work hard and do a good job, but to save desperate customers like myself from price gouging and getting taken advantage of by the management and owners of this place.

They never reached out to me, I had to do the reaching out. They gave 3 different dates on when my vehicle would be ready. One of those times I had to find out from the insurance company when it would be done. They did not communicate that with me. Communication is poor here.

Outstanding repair to our RAV4. Great paint work (hard to match color) and part fit. Eric was patient with all our questions, handled the insurance interface with State Farm and delivered the vehicle one day earlier than promised. They have my future business and I plan to buy my next Toyota from Page. Thanks for your help.

Can I give ZERO stars? This is the worst repair shop on planet earth. They lie to you, they don't do what they promise and you will be stuck waiting for weeks for their terrible work to be completed. In addition to the horrible service, horrible treatment, and horrible result, one of their mechanics stole everything from my vehicle, causing additional delays. They promised to reimburse me for the stolen items, but suddenly ghosted me and left me with the bill. I hope karma visits this shop and delivers what they deserve. You would be better off walking or taking an Uber than getting a repair at this shop!!

It took 3 weeks to fix minor damages. The parts had been pre-ordered and arrived at the facility prior to my arrival date. So there was no reason for delay. When I dropped off my car an employee told me it’ll take a week an a half, which seemed quite a long time for a few scrapes on the trunk and changing the grill on the front of the car. But then it got dragged on to 3 weeks.
