good service fast replacement, but mechanics are very inattentive! Uber driver, doing oil change every 30 days, last time they pumped up the wheels, they didn't put 3 caps back on, this time I asked not to touch the wheels, they dirty the door. I think if you charge $40 for 10 minutes of service, then you can treat the work more carefully

Today I brought both of our vehicles to Oil Depot for oil changes. I have been going to Oil Depot for a few years now. We always receive excellent service and never have to wait long. Today Marc took care of one vehicle and Hugo took care of the other. Both men were very courteous and very honest. They do great work! They never leave oily fingerprints on anything. I will be back for the next maintenance as needed. Thank you!

First time at Oil Depot and it was a seamless experience. Drove by it several times and was recommended by several friends, so I tried it today. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Extremely, reasonably priced and you receive a rebate in the mail for your oil change. They even saw an issue that needed repair on my vehicle and recommended I brought it in for service immediately. Hugo, was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Found my new place for all oil changes needed in the future.

I'll give it 3 stars since the initial service and the return service were all done well. The only thing that lowered this rating was smart mouthed employee who couldn't stay in his own conversation. I get it, things get said and people misheard information. But instead of trying to deescalate the situation like a normal person would do he decides ti make comments like " well we can close your good and you can go somewhere else". The young man that was adding oil to my wife's car was really good. He explained things and apologized if I was told wrong information. He didn't just throw his hands up and get confrontational with me and tell me to go somewhere else. I'm sure this older gentleman is not a manager nor should he be. He would run business out of there with his attitude. No people skills and very poor attitude. It's a decent shop and they do good work. To bad 1 guy ruined a 5 star rating. Another problem is, he probably doesn't care that he lowered their rating, and that also is sad.

By far my best experience for an oil change! Incredibly fast service, VERY clean shop and great pricing. Hugo helped me out and was fantastic! Straightforward, polite, and went the extra mile for me. I really appreciate. I don’t have any past bad service horror stories to share, which is why when I say this is the best I’ve had, it should say they truly exceeded standards. Thanks guys!
