Becker Service Center

It was GREAT to come back to Becker after a couple of years. We bought some new vehicles and had been taking them to the dealer for service but had something come up that needed to be taken care of immediately that the dealer couldn’t get us in so we went to Becker. They are upfront with everything AND much less expensive than the dealer. Will be back much sooner than last time.

Becker Service Center was highly recommended to us by friends. We knew we were making the right choice because they weren’t pushing to try to do an extreme amount of work on our car or to get all the maintenance done at one time. They explained to us what we needed by when and what to take care of first. We had full confidence in them and trusted their work. They also had great communication and customer service. Highly recommend if you drive a bmw and need repairs or maintenance work!

The Becker team has the very highest skilled and most responsive team you will find. Their experts treat your car like it’s their own. When an emergency pops up, they go the extra mile to help get you in as soon as practically possible. They give the most balanced and expert advice you’ll see, including “you don’t need to do this” or “you can take it to the dealer and it’ll be covered under warranty.” In my book, they are the VERY BEST and an example of what great local ownership looks like. They are our first call.

Been going to Becker Service Center for a few years now & I doubt I’ll ever go anywhere else in the future. Honest mechanics, giving real world advice, help guide me through the work that needs to done immediately vs what can wait. Their service reports are texted directly to me and are easy to read and review. Their turnaround is fast too, drop offs and pick ups often happening on the same day. Every visit feels like catching up with old friends. Take your car here, you won’t regret it!

I’ve been going to Becker Service Center for over a decade and their service is exceptional! My two cars have 100k and 200k miles with just normal wear and tear issues (their preventive maintenance program is outstanding). If you want an honest & competent auto shop, you should give them a try.
