Jiffy Lube

I have been doing monthly oil changes, uber inspections here for a year. Last week I had my FRONT tires changed. As soon as I sat in my car when picking up, my BACK tires were showing low on air. I was confused… I filled them up with air, next day we found a nail in my tire. Today I’m changing my back tires at a different car center and discover nails in both of my back tires. I don’t want to be conspiracy theorist but…. I did not have any issues with my back tires before coming in, they were new, they weren’t showing low on air before I came into their car center. I changed my back tires and as soon as I get in my car my back tires were low…. No issue just an hour before? Weirddd right? But also as I was there another man has a similar issue happen that same day and next day totally on accident, as Im an uber driver, a person I picked up shared an oil change experience, the day before he had oil change and next day its leaking. Wow… I’m not going back ever. Don’t do it. Scetchyy

They forgot to attach the plastic shield under my car all the way. I was driving home with my kid in the back and I heard a big clunk then and dragging. I pulled over and saw the plastic shield half hanging off. I drove back scared and shaking - they did fix it right away and gave me a full refund. But that was something that shouldn’t have happened at all. I still feel they put me a line my child in danger with their negligence

I came for an oil change and tire rotation. It was very fast, reliable, and informative. My tires didn’t need to be rotated and he explained that rather than just doing the service and charging me.

Don’t trust these guys. They told us we needed to replace breaks. Took car to two other places and both said we were fine. Had another 10,000 miles. Second time they recommended something we didn’t need. We have 6 cars n the family including my parents. No longer going to iffy lube

The Jiffy Team in Naperville off 75th is an incredible experience. Are talking oil change? Yes!. The service and professionalism at this location is incredible. So informative and gets your car out fast with confidence they did a great job.

This Jiffy Lube used to be amazing in and out in like 10 minutes. It wasn’t hugely expensive and they used to vacuum out your car. This time I waited at least 25 minutes and was one other car in a bay before I got there and then me and I waited and waited and waited, and they didn’t vacuum out my car like they normally do. Please, Jiffy Lube do better at this location. I was really disappointed.

Antonio G was very nice and personable! He helped me with my vehicle inspection with uber, and gave some good advice for taking my car any other place for full service jobs. Definitely will come back!

Getting an oil change is now one of the most difficult and frustrating things to do now. Every place wants to over charge you and there are so many add ons. They act like salesmen versus auto mechanics now. A simple oil change is not $40 anymore, it’s now over $120. I gave this place an extra star just because he took a few bucks off even though it didn’t help.
