Brought my 2019 Odyssey in for a battery appointment. Jacob and crew listened when I explained the issue and didn’t brush things off even though the test was fine. They identified other issues and fully explained the situations to me so that I could be confident in making decisions.

BE AWARE of having nothing done. We asked for a wheel alignment and managed to get an appointment. After the first try, they mentioned that one detail isn't reliable and requires replacement and that's what we did. The next appointment after we replaced the details was scheduled for the next day. When we arrived at this scam service, we were told that there were no slots and they found out that appointment was on the next day, cause without messing up days this customer experience won't be that existing. We dropped a car and spent money for a taxi hoping that on the 3rd day the wheels would be aligned. They kindly insisted on the higher price of the service that was rejected by me due to the absence of spending more money for no reason. Nevertheless, Jakub called me the next day and told me that they still can't do the service due to some other issues that he couldn't explain. The answer to the question 'what's wrong this time?' was 'please, go to the other service'. Total experience: - new car detail + replacement - A messed up appointment led to the loss of one day - taxi Bill - and finally 'go to the other service'. Please, be mindful of rejecting costly services here that you don't even need, and having infant customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, I have no need to scam Firestone since I am an award-winning high school/college teacher; I do not need to lie and obtain money through deceit. What I want is to expose the blatant disregard for property and the dishonesty that is taking place here. Let me begin, I just came from my mechanic who can testify my car had no prior issues because I had to check my shocks prior to getting an alignment. I then took it to Firestone to align the wheels and make sure it was in working order. After I received my keys, I sat down and immediately noticed my windshield was broken. How could I have not notice it before I arrived because it is on the driver's side right by my sight of view. This windshield crack was not there before I arrived to Firestone. Then I noticed the broken sunglass holder and the two sides by the hood had bursted. After taking it to my mechanic since my hood does not open any longer, he said that it must be that the hood came up after the test drive and they tried to hide it. I called the police to write down an event number; I will pursue this with their corporate office to make sure they take responsibility. The store manager stated that they have no video within their premises which I will verify with corporate to make sure. I have nothing to hide and video would clearly display the truth.

I certainly am SO VERY Glad that I was referred to this place. Mr Tilson is professional and listens to me and my needs. This time I waited on my car and was very PLEASED with the service, time and price. I will be taking my car back to his shop as long as he is there. He and his team are excellent. You definitely should try Firestone and Mr Tilson. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

I’ve been taking my cars to this Firestone for years and they have consistently provided me with excellent service. They must only hire pleasant and courteous people, because everyone I’ve met there goes out of their way to meet my needs. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop.

All tires are perfect for my truck. Service was very good. Enjoyed covering the future repairs of my truck that was explained to me by the manager.
