Crash Champions Collision Repair Bolingbrook

My first time using Crash Champions. I was very impressed by the way they conduct their business. The employees are very courteous & professional. My vehicle was completed before the promised date. I was also kept in contact of their progress. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked perfect. The repair was amazing. Thank you Crash Champions.

I have to say my experience was outstanding with this location. Rebekah was great and communicated every two or three days the progress on the vehicle. She was also very nice and answered any questions I had along the way. From the time I dropped it off until I picked it up, she made sure I knew what was happening. It looks like I just picked up a new car. I couldn’t give them a better review. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there is you have damage! From the people, Rebekah, to the repair they did a great job.

Gm evening this place does not work for the customer they truly are out here taking your cars apart to keep them. My Mom had a fender bender and took her jeep here never to hear from these folks for almost 3 weeks yet we keep calling them to be told someone will call her my mom lives in st Louis to lose your car on this way is terrible no matter what insurance is being use a Customer should always come first This has to stop and yes I've experienced this place on my Infiniti truck they take other stuff apart that has nothing to do what is written up please don't send your family here ever. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/CARE MY MOTHER DOES MATTER HOPEFULLY YOUR FAMILY DOES TOO

The work was completed a couple of days early. They kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. I called with a question and they were able to answer it and very friendly manner. The work was excellent, and my car had been detailed, which was an extra bonus.!!!

Initially, everyone was very friendly. However, despite positive experiences in the past, we were very dissatisfied with the poor communication and lack of communication over the course of working with crash champions. We never got a clear answer of when our car would be ready. We had multiple delays due to parts, supposedly, being damaged in transit to crash champions. Despite delays, we never got a single phone call. Additionally, we had to call routinely to try and get a sense for what was going on with our vehicle. Our advisor Chris was nice but didn’t communicate much with us after the initial drop off. More often than not, when we would call, we would be told we would get a call back from him to give us an idea of what was going on, and we would never hear back. Given our positive experience in the past, we were shocked by our extremely negative experience. We won’t be going back.

I recently had an outstanding experience at this body shop. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and attention I received. Shop couldn’t be better. All work was done quickly and professionally with all necessary contact during the process. Matt went above and beyond to make sure that the whole process of getting repairs made after an accident went smoothly. Most importantly (to me), my wife loved working with him. Unfortunately we’ve had to take a couple of cars here for collision repairs but the work is always GREAT and you couldn’t ask for a more professional shop.

Everyone here from the receptionist to the manager were always so nice and communicated with me on the status of my car. They were professional and had great customer service. They did a feat job and I highly recommend them!
