First and LAST time going to this shop! Owner is VERY unprofessional! Went to get a resonator delete in tips put on my truck after the work was done I should’ve checked the work but I didn’t until later that day When I got home and started to notice the difference in the exhaust tips (completely different tips) so I took it back and showed the owner first he didn’t even want to come outside to look (I believe it’s cuz he already knew what he had done) than after finally coming to look he tries to convince me that they are the same even say that the parts might look different because of a defected part (why put that on my car lbs ) so after about 10 mins of back and forth with the owner he finally say he’ll change them go send your money where it is appreciated because having to argue with someone the owner at that about a mistake they made is ridiculous

Intermittent flashing of oil pressure light had me turning around to my Quick Lube place. They identified a hole in my oil pan, which they are not set up to do those kinds of repairs. They put some oil in my car so I could make it to Palma's. No appointment, just come in & we'll fix it. And they did. Also checked over my car (it's a 2012 Nissan I'm almost ready to replace) for other concerns, and found 3 - 2 mechanical, and tire replacement. All totaling less than $800. That may initially sound like a lot, but if it gets me 6-8 more months on my car, it's well worth it. They are very easy to work with, will get you in quickly...I'm very happy with this first visit.

Had a Muffler delete done here on my 2019 Bmw 540I Xdrive. Velazquez down the street wouldn’t do it because “The exhaust flap for the passenger side exhaust tip would shoot a CEL up”. I told them if they do it how I want it done and keep the old tips then it wouldn’t cause a CEL and regardless I’ll just code the CEL out. Palma’s actually listened to me and they did it how I wanted it done. And guess what no CEL shocking right even without coding? Would recommend them for anyone with an exhaust flap on there tip or tips.

Rip off. Put an aftermarket converter on my car knowing it wouldn't fix the problem, kept the core and got paid off it. No wonder it was so cheap to install. Poor communication skills, and very combative when trying to discuss issue. Talks over customer and doesn't listen to your concerns/questions. Red flag when you're spending your money. Never again..

Eddie has a nice shop. It’s clean organized and they work on lowered cars. They are not afraid to tackle on a job. I needed an exhaust hanger repaired and I was done in 25min. Nice people at this shop. I would recommend them.
