Milex Complete Auto Care - Mr. Transmission

John and his team at Mr Transmission/Milex were excellent! I recently brought in my son’s 2013 VW CC with downshift issues in the DSG 6 speed automatic. They listened to my concerns and opinions behind what service I asked for, in the end, explained/recommended a solution that made sense for me and my budget. The car works perfectly now and was fixed quickly. If I were to insist on the path I thought of based on my research, the car would still have issues and my wallet a lot lighter! I highly recommend John and his team for ALL mechanical repairs. I’ll be back for sure! Not pushy or dismissive, respectful and professional.

Brought my Malibu in for repairs on my transmission after getting the run around at different auto shops. I mainly communicated with John and he was so helpful. They effortlessly connected with my warranty and replaced my transmission quickly. Not only did they replace my trans but also offered to look into a small engine issue I had. Car is running like brand new. After going to dozens of shops I would have to say no doubt that this place is top tier!

Built my transmission and it slips and shifts incorrectly, tried for almost 2 months to get it back in, kept telling me they would call me for an appointment but never did, i called every week to follow up, last time I called they hung up on me 3 times in one day. What business does that? Trust me, go elsewhere. EDIT: In response to your response, first off my trans was FULLY FUNCTIONAL when you received it, brought it in for a small leak. YOU suggested a full rebuild as it is stock and original. After having issues YOU also told me to bring it back to go over with the builder, I called numerous times for an appointment (every week) only to be promised a call back that never came YOU would not take my calls, your employees hung up on me numerous times. YOU are not willing to discuss as mentioned I was hung up on numerous times. Car is NOT heavily modified, asides the paint job, headers, tachometer the car is STOCK. (Reason YOU wanted to rebuild it) YOU even tried to avoid the guy from corporate when he intervened. so you can call me to discuss, I promise this is not going away so easy, YOU created this situation. They are under new ownership and management!!! Did the repairs on my car quickly and at a fair price. Kudos to John who went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend them.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT. went in and they checked it for free.. got me in the next day after hrs. Bc my truck was leaking gas and he was concerned about my kids.. the customer service here is phenomenal.. I WILL BE BACK.. I had a back alley mechanic but chose to pay full price just bc of the customer service.. I really appreciate them.. they are women safe.. lol they won't just take ur money.. go or call and talk to FRED.
