Sense moving into the area I have taken my car to a number of mechanics, and I have to say Quiroz has been the best. Great quality, good turn around times, and top notch integrity from my experience. Would and have recommended.

If I can give zero I would! (Enrique) owner is too busy to make sure that his team is doing the repairs correctly. They installed brakes and rotors on my 08 hybrid. Two days after the install my ABS light and parking break light came on. I took it back . He had my car sitting in the same spot for 2 days then told me the lights were on before. NOT TRUE!!! He then said that I have to take the car to a ford dealership to repair because he can’t locate the part needed to fix it. He said “ This is not my fault, the ABS light has nothing to do with the new break install “ I’m not a mechanic and that why I truly trusted him. I found out that the ABS and the break light can be related to new brakes. Maybe they worked to fast and didn’t fix things correctly. I truly believe that he didn’t recheck the car. I am very sad and angry that he took my $1075. And told me that it’s not his problem and go to the dealership. Terrible customer service!!! There is ALWAYS a delay with timeframe fixing your car, and very dismissive. Don’t Go here, Find a good honest mechanic !

I’d leave zero stars if I could…Went in for one simple thing..Went elsewhere for an oil change (due to bad experiences from friends, reviews etc. and was told that whoever the last person that did anything on my vehicle (which was Quiroz), stripped the threads on oil pan so in order to get it changed I’d have to replace the whole oil pan first..Why was it messed with when they’re supposed to be performing a diagnostic test?? Anyway, the cost for that itself is well over $500! I’m in the process of getting legal help because I think it was intentional..Please take your money elsewhere if you’re, never mind.

I went there for squeaking noise for my Sienna and they told me it was low on oil. Then suddenly they tell me I have a leak on the hose which I recently replaced that wasn't there prior to coming in. They got irritated when I told them it wasn't there before. So I TOLD THEM TO CHANGE THE OIL SINCE I WAS ALREADY THERE. I noticed when I had to change my own oil they really tightened up the oil cap drainage to the point where I cannot even get it off anymore. I spend so much money for just adding an oil. The guy that worked on ky car had the quilty look in his face. You know when you see it. We all know Every mechanic shop is scam. Add this one on your list.

This place tries to run scams which is scary because they attract a lot of business I’ve recently taken my wife’s car in to get serviced after failing the emissions test - the bracket holding the OCD board had come loose. Apparently, if a car fails the test, you are provided paperwork to take to the auto shop so that they can fill out and attest they’ve fixed the issue and you are to bring that paperwork back when retesting your car. I brought her car to Quiroz since it was close to home. The shop mechanic/owner said it was a simple fix. I’ve handed him the keys and the paperwork for them to fill out after the repairs were made. After they’ve made the repair to the bracket (for a steep price might I add), he tells me that the car would fail the emissions test again because a tune up was needed and an engine coil of some sort needed to be replaced, all totaling to be $800!!! I’ve just taken her car to the dealership to have a tune up completed a couple months prior to taking her car to Quiroz, so that is red flag #1. I declined the additional “repairs.” Red flag #2 is that he did not sign the paperwork after repairing the issue that brought me there in the first place. Luckily, I’ve discovered a workaround with the paperwork at the emissions place (yes, they request to see this paperwork prior to completing the retest). And what do you know, her car passed emissions! Idk if this shop took me as a fool because I was young or if he sensed that I was stupid because it was something I could’ve done myself, therefore I knew nothing about cars, etc. Either way, I’m not coming back to this place and want people to be aware of their shadiness!!
