Evan was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain the different products and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. His customer service was top-notch, and you can tell he really cares about helping people. This is my go to part store, best O'Reilly's in town, if you need it they got it. Staff are always ready and more than willing to help you get what you need, always willing to lend a hand also. Don't be afraid to ask them questions, above average in the vehicle knowledge department.

I had to buy some anti freeze ands my car was overheating. Grabbed a gallon of 50/50 and paid. The clerk then told me not to mix colors. I asked what color is this . It was wrong color and he finished the sale. I had to ask what was the right color and the go to another clerk to refund and re ring the correct product. I have never been treated so badly In an auto parts store.

I don't often leave reviews, but this store deserves real recognition. I've been shopping at this O'Reilly for 7 years, because it's always been great. I drive past two competing parts stores that are closer to my house to go here specifically, because of the knowledge, expertise, and exceptional level of service at store 2725. Yesterday, my preference towards O'Reilly and this location specifically was completely confirmed when I had an unexpected need for brake parts. I walked in the store fully expecting to spend $240 on parts, but they were able to track down my previous purchases and warranties--which I didn't even realize were there--and I left the store with brand new parts having spent zero. Evan went out of his way (without me asking!) to look up my previous purchases and located the warranty. I thought that the way my parts failed would preclude them from warranty coverage, so he asked his manager, Stephanie, and she didn't hesitate to approve it. At every other company when I've tried to get a warranty replacement for something I've had to push and justify against an unwilling employee. But here, Stephanie and Evan went far above and beyond to seriously help me even when I didn't ask for it - all the while with smiles on their faces, making me feel like I was their best friend. I can't express how grateful I am for them and their eagerness to go the extra mile for their customers. As I said before, I'm a long-time O'Reilly customer, but this experience has cemented me for life.
