Negative five stars. We brought our truck in for warranty work a week ago. No follow up communication from them without us calling. They don’t answer the phone, communicate like eighth graders over text. We gave them the warranty paperwork and they haven’t done a thing in a week. A week. For a work truck. Complete garbage. Excuse after excuse about their incompetence. We love our truck enough to replace the engine, radiator and turbo. These guys cannot be trusted. We should have heeded the other reviews. You should too.

Scheduled appointment for an oil change week in advance, drop it off 8am on a Saturday and receive no updates all day long, check the eta through their link it says 6pm. Drive over there at 5:15pn and they close at 4pm so I then had to miss work to pickup my car Monday morning. Give it to me with zero apologies for lack of communication. See there’s no sticker for next oil change update and oil life isn’t reset, check oil layer that day, dirty oil. Never even touched the car but gladly charged me for it. Call and bring car back next day get it changed but zero compensation or offers for my troubles. Took my car to another dealership for some work that I had done at Ken Graff for a recall on the display screen after not wanting to bring it back to them and come to find out they never fixed that either.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This will be lengthy, but you should read it and not use this Service Department. My car was towed in on Friday Morning (10/25/2024) for an 8:30am appointment. I heard nothing back by the end of the day Monday. I called Tuesday morning (10/29/2024) and was told by a lady she would get with my advisor and my technician would be calling me. Gave it some time and heard nothing so I called back at about 1:30. I spoke with Caleb and he told me that the towing company had only dropped off the keys and the license plate number and that the dealership hadn't been able to locate the car that was on their lot until Monday night. He told me I would receive a call from my technician at about 2:30pm. I called the towing company and they walked me through everything they did and actually named Caleb as the person who told them where to put the car. I called this dealership back and was told by the same lady I had talked to earlier that morning, that they were actually still looking for the car. She then told me she would have the team look into it on Wednesday morning and my advisor Blake, would call me back. After my call with her, I then called to try get the GM Steven, but he was already gone so I spoke to Ryan, the sales manager. He listened and took my information and said he would leave it for Steven to contact me Wednesday morning. Ryan called me soon after that call and said he was out there looking and still couldn't find it. I let him know the towing company informed me that Caleb is who told them where to park the car. I let him know the towing company also sent me pictures of where they had had been told to leave my car and you can clearly see some kind of garage doors.On Tuesday around 6pm, I received a text from the dealership saying they found my vehicle but "it was in a weird spot for a tow company to put it".I still didn't receive a call back, I had to call again. When I called Wednesday morning (10/30/2024), I spoke with Blake. He very much wanted to try to play it off as the towing company's fault(as had everyone else I talked with). I informed him that if they haven't started anything, I don't want them to touch it at all. I had to pay the towing company again to get it removed from them because I do not trust their work after they "couldn't find" my car for pretty much 5 days. I guarantee, if I wouldn't have called they would have just let it sit there knowing they have the keys(that have a panic button on them). If you felt like this was too long to read here is the summary. The lack of communication from the dealership to me, and overall lack of professionalism and customer service is why I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who needs work done on their ford vehicle.

I've had the same experience as other reviewers and would not recommend Ken Garff Ford. I had brought my Ford Escape in for routine oil changes in the past and everything was fine. Recently, I brought my car in for a diagnostic visit for the windshield wipers, which would take 3 days. It was a series of miscommunication between the service technicians and their software almost every step of the way, culminating with my car being dropped off at the wrong address in the wrong town. I have called the dealership several times since this happened to find a solution and improve for the future, but no one calls back. Hence, the need for my first ever Google Review. 0 stars - will not be going back

Let’s start off with the Service advisor Blake, he’s the worse at communicating. They will damage your vehicle while it’s at service and then say it’s not their fault. I sent my truck to ford for a water leak on the passenger side front windshield, they decided to send it out to a 3rd party company to do the work & I get it back with a chip/crack on my windshield. I returned the truck to them and they said it’s not their fault. But the chip/crack is on the side they worked on and they denied responsibility. So don’t take your vehicle to this ford, take it to another. There’s a reason why in May, they had all their service techs quit. Poor management and poor service.
