My truck got hit with one of the hail storms. I dropped my truck off July 2nd. Kim who does not work there anymore(thankfully) informed me the truck would be complete in 3-6 weeks (Keep in mind I never got one call about my truck until it was there for 4 weeks after I called multiple times and left voicemails). Long story short I didn’t get my truck back till late October almost November of 2024. Terrible experience. No communication. I had to call to get any info what so ever. Week by week they would tell me it would be done at the end of the week and then they would tell me oh well we still have to get this and this done. It was just one thing after another. They broke my windshield and left rear seatbelt assembly/sensor aswell during all this. So the ford dealer has to fix their screw up with the seatbelt. Then they promised me they would cover half my deductible because my truck was there for so long. I still ended up having to pay my full deductible. They barely got me into a rental after me having to show up to their shop once they opened and I had to sit there almost the whole day to get anything. The area manager aswell was no help at all. Slow workers, absolutely terrible management. They had three different sets of management aswell during the period my truck was there. So that was frustrating because I had to keep explaining what was going on. Then when I pick up my truck I was missing parts, they didn’t put back a couple trim pieces on the interior so I had to do that myself. There rivets came out on my roof aswell as I’m missing one of my tailgate supports that was not missing before I took it in and when I called them about it no one answered the phone so I texted them and didn’t seem like they cared. So I fixed all there mess ups. Long story short would not recommend shop. FIND A DIFFERENT COLLISION SHOP…….

CUSTOMER BEWARE I would never ever in 1 million years recommend using this place. Kim, The manager is absolutely the worst she’s the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Prevent yourself a lot of headache and frustration from using this place. This collision center still owes My Wife and I funds from our insurance company which they have repeatedly failed to pay. When we received our truck back, it was trashed worse than when we brought it into them. It had compound all over the truck and inside the truck in the vents in the seat crevices. The entire truck looks horrible and needs an entire new paint job because of the shady work they did. Don’t even get me started on the area supervisor I’m not 100% sure who’s worse Kim or Edwin. I would’ve left negative stars but Google doesn’t have that option? My insurance company is now investigating them and is now not recommending any of their customers to go to this location or any of their other locations. This is what my truck looks like now even after washing it, even the headlights have compound inside of them.

Happy with my experience so far! The staff got me in same-day for a quote. I worked with the new manager, Greg, and he gave me a quote within 20 minutes. Not to mention the quote I got was way more reasonable than the quote I got from a competitor. I overheard him on the phone with a connection to problem solve a way to help a customer on a short deadline. I had a really great experience!

If you are in need of a Body Shop in Fort Collins, do yourself a favor and have the staff at Kaizen give you a bid. Professional friendly people that will treat you and your vehicle like family. I'm glad I only had a minor crash, but they made the process stress free. Great advice and workman ship.
