My battery died the day before Thanksgiving in 2022 right around closing time. I tried Auto Zone first because they were closest but they didn't want to help/work. Drove to O'Reilly's in Fletcher next as they were closing. They were as nice and helpful as they could be. They changed my battery without being rushed or rude. I'll never go anywhere else. Best bunch of guys on staff ever.Thank you O'Reillys for not letting me be stranded over a holiday like Auto Zone was perfectly willing to do. Fletcher Oreillys customer for life here!

Had the battery we needed for our farm tractor, a fairly large one. I can't complain about pricing because batteries are ridiculously high right now. That said, we always come to this store because of their service and knowledgeable people.
