Absolutely the worst experience with any car related issues in my life. No communication, terrible repair you can clearly see sanding marks threw the paint. Clearcoat contamination. Job not completed. 5 weeks in shop getting the run around. Avoid at all cost. And they were recommended to us from the BMW dealership in Asheville????

CUSTOMERS BEWARE !!! I’m very disappointed customer. $20k they were paid between two branches . Hendersonville and There Fletcher location. 8 months to get my car back the first time. Traction control didn’t work. I figured that out when i started fishtailing side to side at 45mph. Barely got it back under control. Paid to have the frame checked. Not 30 days later my steering control arm broke in my driveway. Another 10k to replace the frame , steering control arm ,front fender etc. 10 months i waited. Finally get it back clutch slipping like crazy. Pull up on a curb at work go to back off it . It almost rip the whole front bumper , grill etc off the car. I tell them when i take it back for them to install my decals something was right. What happen. I park in the same place always away from everyone. The park curb shouldn't have almost rip the bumper and grill off the car . It was literally swinging. I was told by the 2nd or 3rd manager in 10 months they would recheck everything. I pick it up and it sits for little over a year until i could afford to have the clutch replaced. The day i take it to have the clutch replaced , i noticed my splash guard that attaches to the lower part of the bumper to the crossmember is missing. At this point I’m beyond upset. I called to speak with the manager that acts like I’m making the story up . I find the emails sent Pryor addressing the issues year earlier. That they never tried to contact me. This is a car thats had all its warranty service work at the dealer. Car had 92k miles on it when i received it back. It has 93k on it now. Again failed to return my call or email. I left a message wanting to speak with the owner just a little over a month ago. I went ahead and ordered the splash guard. I removed the bumper myself a few weeks ago to see just what the problem was. The support bracket that attaches to the fender on both sides on a challenger , driver side mount was there it just wasn't attached with fasteners. Could this be an issue prior ? No because there hendersonville branch replaced the entire dog house. Sad thing is it only needed 1 bolt on both sides. Instead it was only installed with the trees and 1 upper nut on each side. Thats all that was holding the front bumper and grill on. Wife has a flat this morning . I go to get in my trunk for my jack and lug wrench . Lol both are missing. The spare which i know was used because the front rim and tire had to be replaced . So either the shop they sent it to for the frame replacement before the body work could be done. Never put it back or they didn’t. I didn’t want to write this review in light of everything , I believe future customers need to know. I could have went to several other body shops around town. I chose “ Hudson “ because they were suppose to be the best around. Over $20,000 they were paid for my repairs. Splash guard $26. Threw my car back together fasteners missing . Not even all the trees were installed back. $13 for 700 trees. Im just shocked more than anything. Joe I apologize to write a review of this magnitude. Had we been able to talk I'm sure things probably would’ve been better or a better experience with the outcome. It’s important that you know as well. JQ
