We have the lifetime tire rotate and balance on 2 of our vehicles. We've never had an issue with getting an appointment. They always rotate balance and check our tires every time we call in for that service. My husband and I are both disabled. They're always willing to make accommodations in order to better service our needs very few companies are willing to do that anymore
