I took my vehicle to get diagnosed for an issue where the check engine light had come on. I got it read for free by a previous mechanic shop: “P17F2 – CVT Judder (T/C Inspection)”. Through my own research and calling other mechanics, this had to do with a transmission issue, which at most would result in the transmission needing to be replaced. This dealership provided no new information and only offered the most expensive repair – replacing the transmission and a remanufactured at that with only a 1 year warranty. The price for their sloppy diagnostic job? $165. To replace the transmission? $6000, more than the value of the car and double or more than any other auto repair shop I called. When I came into get my vehicle, they almost wouldn’t do so because the service shop closes much earlier than the rest of the dealership. I was never told when I needed to be there to pick up my vehicle and I never authorized to leave it with them.

My truck was overheating and dropping coolant bad. I got it there and told them that I could not make it home and that I needed my truck as soon as possible for work so could they fix it right away even though it was late in the afternoon by the time I got there. They told me how much for the parts and labor and said they would have it done by noon the next day. They started work on it right then after I signed the paperwork and called their shuttle to give me a ride home. They called me the next day well before noon to tell me it was fixed. They were fast and efficient and did a great job. It was a little bit pricey but not too bad. They did an awesome job!

This place is Fantastic!! I was just amazed. The STAFF there is SOOO POLITE!! Can't believe how helpful, patient, polite. Never, in a hurry. I was there several hours!! I needed some things done, wanted others done. Roque, was the best. Met Raul, Sebastian, Timo, Reyes, all people who help me with different things. Explained EVERTHING to me. My third trip there, but this was the Important one. Not all DEALERS ARE THE SAME. Way to go ,MR. MIKE!!
