Had an appt and still waited 2.5 hours for a tire rotation. Guy was rude on the phone when I called at the 2 hour mark (after I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half max) and said 'well did you get a phone call yet?' He said I was another 10 min out, so I shopped for 3 perishable items and then showed up at the desk, of course no one was there. Another member showed up with an appt who had to be somewhere in 45 min... I wished them luck!

The crew are liars. I called 15 minutes prior to arriving to ensure they could take me in but upon arrival they stated they were doing inventory so their guys can get off early. This was at 5 o clock. I’m happily taking my business’s else where

Worth a chit service. Rude guy at the counter not only with me but with previous customer. Did not get a call to notify me that my car was done. I had to go in and ask because they would not answer their phone. Once I asked about my car the guy laughed and said that it was done a while ago and go to the doors out front to get my keys. Sorry excuse for a team and customer service something not expecting from Costco.

Awful service. They never answer the phone, take several hours to rotate tires despite having an appointment and my cars tires have not been properly balanced since I got my new tires. I bought tires for my wife and I's cars and wil not be coming here again. I thought by going with Costco I would get the same great service as the regular store, I was wrong. My wife won't even go to the counter to schedule anything with the tire department because they were so rude to her. I'm not the type to complain and I will go out of my way to encourage a good work ethic and service, but I can't let others get the same terrible service as I have. Go somewhere else. Awful experience.

Mike in the tire shop was great! Had to air down tires for off-roading and having a hard time with the chuck. Came out and made a quick repair and got us back on the road fast.
