A complete joke, but I am not laughing. Arrived for my engine oil & filter change at the Santa Maria Auto Car Center. 15 minutes later I was called to the cashier counter and was told my vehicle was “rejected” due to a list of issues wrong with the vehicle. I was told I needed to immediately remove my vehicle from the premises as though it has the plague. The list of issues was beyond ridiculous and highly inaccurate. The unbranded oil filter completely freaked them out. They claimed the vehicle had “major oil leaks” even though my vehicle has NEVER had any oil leaks EVER. Finally, the very poorly trained “technician” told me he could not remove the oil pan drain plug. Not worth arguing with idiots! Unsurprisingly, Big Brand Tire was able to remove the drain plug with a basic socket and ratchet. No stripped plug. Confirmed there were no oil leaks. Fresh oil and filter in under an hour. I will never waste my time going back to Walmart for any automotive service - I suggest you do not either!

bought tires here and paid for warranty which includes free rotation. Came back 5 months later for rotation and they said it’d be about an hour before they could get to it. An hour passed and they took many vehicles, including those without appointments, ahead of mine. My car hadn’t been touched. I asked about it and the excuse was a car had an appointment ahead. However, the oil change that arrived after me didn’t and he is already done and gone. So was getting tires here worth it? Next time I’m going to a shop where they work on the car by appointment. Right now if you need rotation it seems they put you last. I would be waiting here like 2 or 3 hours just for rotation.

They took 3 hours to finish my tire rotation and balancing. Sounds long but I could shop inside and wait in comfy waiting room with economic price for great value

I had a perfect experience with an oil change. I'm surprised at the other bad reviews. The price I paid was really good. The service guys were super nice and efficient. It took about 20 minutes start to finish. ALL GOOD! 👍🏽

Oil change was fast, but they didn't do some extra checks I requested (which they said they would do because they are supposed to do them as part of the service).
