Gold Coast Collision Auto Body & Paint

Just had my 1997 Lexus 300ES driver side view mirror painted. As old as the vehicle is, the paint had been chipping away on my side view mirrors. I bought a brand new one for the right side not long ago. I recently went and got estimates to have my driver side mirror painted and I was surprised at how much these estimates were. Went into Gold Coast Collision as I had been there before and their estimate was much more affordable and reasonable for me. I would have had them paint my passenger side mirror if I would have known the cost. Beautiful job and the cost of having it painted at a lower cost did not jeopardize or compromise the quality of the work. Thank you Victor and Sandy and staff for your service. 🤗

This shop is great, got my car back to when promised, even detailed it which was a surprise. took me back into shop and showed me what was being replaced, Sandy and Victor and crew were great. Had another vehicle in the care of the shop, they did great work as always, even go it back before the time was stated. Again thanks to Victor, Sandy, Hilda and the crew out in the shop.

The owner was very kind and polite over the phone and lent us a car while our vehicle was in the shop. We were very happy with the way the shop fixed our car. Definitely recommend here. Very nice staff and the gentlemen at the front was always so helpful and kind when we call for updates.

Gold Coast Collision Auto Body & Paint is simply amazing! I have had the privilege of working with them on multiple occasions and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Their work is top-notch and their attention to detail is unparalleled. They recently helped me with a truck and even though the mirrors were backordered, they kept me informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond by letting me take my truck home after painting it and then fixing a new dent my daughter had put in on a subsequent visit. If I was able to give zero stars I would! Where do I begin, well August 12, 2022 I dropped my car off to this shop for MINOR front bumper damage. I was told I would have the car back “within few weeks”… October 17th, I go see the car in person and there’s a long scratch along the whole passenger side. I bring it to their attention and they did have it buffed out.. Well finally November 18th, excuse after excuse.. months and months and months of waiting (3 to be exact) my vehicle sitting outside, packed on with dirt from rain and wind. My car is “done”. I go to pick it up a few minutes right before closing and I look over the repairs they did, then as I look over my whole car I notice TONS of swirls/scratches ALL over my car, it was all muddy and dirty from their workers, my brand new wheels water spotted and brand new lug nuts rusted. Mind you, I’m getting rushed because they are “closing”… I wanted to speak with the “person in charge” that was handling my vehicle since I dropped it off, but he had the day off (coincidence). I immediately took pictures and videos And I contacted Victor via email. I took my car back on November 22nd when Victor was there. He immediately and repetitively apologized. He stated he will have his “detailer” try to take out all the scratches and if that doesn’t work he will ask his boss to get my car re wrapped since it wasn’t like that when I initially dropped it off. Well the detailer wasn’t successful, I went back to the shop and Victor was being extremely rude. And said he will have his boss call me. That never happened. I had to track the boss down myself. When I finally got a hold of Emilio (the owner) he was extremely unprofessional, rude and didn’t accept fault like Victor originally did. This is not acceptable and they are NOT a business I would recommend AT ALL!!!!! Stay away from his business!!!!!! It’s so sad that we would soo hard for our money for a business like this to treat your car so horribly!!!

Thank you to Sandy Salazar for all your help and awesome customer service. Sandy kept me informed about my car status and let my insurance know that I would need my rental for longer time, didn't have to worry about anything. Also thank you to Victor and Emilio also. Gold Coast Collision did a fantastic job on repairing my 2016 Toyota. They match the paint perfectly and the also detail my car wow!. It was worth the drive from Bakersfield to get my car repaired here.
