Jiffy Lube Multicare

Over prices. 50% more than anywhere else. Only went here because the other drive thru oil change was under construction. Will need a coupon to get to 40% overpriced. They also call to ask to charge $50 for a $12 cabin air filter. I left a review to this place years ago, but looks like they reset all reviews when they changed the name to add multicare. Then they tried reusing my crush washer and my car leaked oil. They said they don’t replace it. I got a hold of the district manager. He said he would train them and to give us a try again. Well, I came back 5 years later and they did the same, reused the crush washer. It was all a lie. They also charge to rotate tie. You can find a better place that will change oil and rotate for 40% less this place charges. Which was $132. WOW

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review on anything. After the service I received I felt compelled to write a review for others to be aware. I found myself wondering if they took advantage of me being a single woman with very little knowledge of automobiles. On Friday, October 25, 2024, I took my car to Jiffy Lube of Santa Maria on the advice of a friend who has taken his many cars there for many years. When I took my car there, I was told I needed a “special oil” and the quoted price was $100 more than what my friend paid for the almost identical car 4 months previous. I was told that prices recently increased. Because I was already there and have very little knowledge of automobiles I put my trust in Jiffy Lube of Santa Maria and agreed to have the oil changed. I later found out Jiffy Lube of Santa Maria’s price was $89 more than Econo Lube, $70 more than Big Brand and $50 more than the dealer for my car. In speaking with the dealer, my friend noted a “special oil” was not needed as long as it was synthetic and met the specifications. Looking at the receipt, Jiffy Lube also added an additional $50 labor charge for an unknown reason. For the above reasons, I rated Jiffy Lube of Santa Maria one star and will never take my car there again. I would have rather rated them a Zero, but zero wasn’t an option. Finally, I would not recommend anyone take their car there for service.

Been a jiffy lube customer for years but I went last week and after my tire rotation they didn’t properly secure my wheel covers so I lost one while driving. I went back to jiffy lube they looked at my receipt said a manager would reach out to me. I spoke to a rep at pepboys they don’t replace wheel covers or do other people’s work. This is an inconvenience to me and now I have to replace something I didn’t break or cause to fall off. Never heard from the store manager either from Jiffy Lube. At least the pep boys rep told me I would blend in with the rest of the town ☺️

This visit was over an hour and a half even though there was only one other car. They could not figure out how to turn off or calibrate low tire light, didn’t have engine filter in stock and overall listening to the workers talk about everything and everybody was eye opening and annoying!!

Everyone here is so nice and professional! Quick service, great pricing, just a fantastic experience all around. I live in Los Angeles and come up to visit family about once a month. I will time my oil changes and tire rotations with these trips. Thank you, Henry, and all the gentlemen at this Jiffy Lube location. You started my morning and weekend off with a smile! Everyone that I came in contact with was wonderful. My bmw needed a smog check and Devin was the epitome of excellent Customer Service. There was also a young lady that was getting customers information and she was wonderful too. The one thing that I appreciated, is that they escorted me to my car. That's great Service. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process so easy. I came in for a smog check and was in and out much faster than I expected. They explained everything clearly and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fast, hassle-free service with a smile!

When the oil service was completed, they informed me my car had an oil leak but had no idea where it was coming from. My 2013 Ford Escape has never leaked a drop of oil. My Escape also never ran low on oil. I keep a piece of cardboard in my garage to make sure my car is never leaking oil. I had an oil change at the Santa Maria Jiffy Lube on 3/17/25 and now I have a puddle in my garage. As you can see from the photo it is all fresh clean oil on the cardboard and concrete. Update: 3/27/25 I forwarded information requested and I still haven’t received a response from Jiffy Lube.

Friendly team, good work done quickly. Everyone is super communicative and they go over all the inspection points with you. There's always an open bay and they move you through quickly. I bring our cars here for oil changes, filters, fluids and tires/TPMS issues. They are perfect for basic essential vehicle maintenance.
