Service desk lady was nice when I called in to set up an appointment an when I got there they got my truck in check it over an had pictures to show me what was going on an explain to me about it. Would recommend them for your service. They did a break down of parts an labor of what it's going to be. Thanks Warsaw Nissan Billy

I needed dealership support in programming a couple of modules and diagnosing electronic issues on my vehicle. I checked in on it every two weeks for 4 months getting the same response that there was no time to look at it or no technician availability. I have incurred a bill for towing it to the dealership, and now another for towing it to another dealership. I do not recommend taking non-standard service work to this location.

The service manager really cares about the safety of my vehicle and checks everything each time. They are honest and don’t push to fix things that aren’t ready to be replaced. Very trustworthy. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership.

Nissan had mailed out a Flyer w/ coupons. I took advantage of 1 of their offers; when I got my oil changed Last week. The Service Dep't guys were Friendly & Helpful. I Was In & out Quickly w/ a Fresh Synthetic Oil Change for $29.99!! 👍 GREAT DEAL

I scheduled work done and after 1 hour they called me to tell me they did not do anything in my car. I asked to at least put in the burned out bulb. I wanted both done but they did not have the inventory and said they were not allowed to order the parts without a work order. Gee, I thought since ai told them I wanted both lights replaced that the work order would be created. So I have an engine light on and a low tire light but nothing got checked. I am scheduled again in 6 days.
