These guys are great and carry some hard to find silinoids that nowhere else stocks. Prices are about the average as anywhere else and very helpful staff members there! Will continue to buy parts here

I work for a big company 45 min away from this location. That buys everything from the local Napa, had a battery under warranty that went bad brought it in Mentor Napa after calling to make sure I can get it swapped at a different location. The guy was not only rude but was too lazy to look up the information. Definitely my last time in that store. Just go to auto zone down the road way nicer people.

Very displeased! I have been a customer of NAPA for 15-20 years now, and found out that the store manager that was there for the past 2 years, they just fired. Supposedly due to missing time, due to life issues. This manager took time to make sure that her employees were taken care of along with making sure her customers were taken care of. This is very disappointing to me and the employees they left without a boss. She was well loved among her crew, and I know they aren’t happy with what this corporation did either! I will be taking my business elsewhere. It was a convenience thing with NAPA at first, but I grew to like the crew, and now they rip it apart! If I have to wait a day or 2 to get my parts, then so be it! NAPA needs to rethink what they are doing! This is beyond wrong!
