O'Reilly Auto Parts

I am not a review person let alone a 1 star review person. First time shopping O'Reilly. I used to work at an Auto Zone, I know how to do headlights but I recently had surgery on my right hand so I asked if someone could do it for it for me. This is my first time at one of these stores asking for installation assistance. He was rude before I asked. I could tell they were busy and if they could do it, it'd be a few. I also knew it would be dark soon, and it had rained so it was unlikely. He didn't need to be rude when declining to do it. He said he'd ask his coworker but it was easier to just leave. I understood the reasons, but I didn't deserve the rudeness. I will not be returning there. No one wants to feel like a burden, he made me feel like a burden.

Went in to see if they could put in a headlight bulb and an older guy who worked there was extremely rude...saying "get good old youtube out and do it urself"...I'm sorry but that's rude and the customer service was terrible and I would kno ive worked in customer service since 2014...very rude and totally unnecessary...he needs to work on his customer service instead of vehicle hardware..

The girl up front was super nice and helpful, but the guy in commercial was typing on the computer then took a call and started helping someone else look up parts while I stood there waiting. I just put my stuff back on the shelf, and left the store. I definitely won't be back. If you don't like dealing with the public, then maybe you should consider finding another job!

My check engine light came on while driving to work this morning. I pulled over and happened to be right by the O’Riley auto parts store. I stopped in and was immediately offered a warm welcome, followed by, "How can I help you today?" I asked the young woman behind the counter, Shermaine, if she could run a diagnostic test on my car. She happily obliged and was able to recommend new spark plugs as a solution. I immediately purchased new plugs and was able to install them myself. This completely resolved the issue, and my car is up and running perfectly. When I asked Shermaine what she thought about the issue, she offered to give me her boss's card, as he’s a mechanic and would be better suited to answer my questions. Shermaine really went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. The prices were affordable, and the customer service was stupendous. This store will definitely be my preferred auto parts store moving forward. Give this young woman a raise; she deserves it.

Best place hands down for car service. They have the nicest staff I’ve ever met in car services. I have a huge problem being talked down to with car problems because I’m a girl but at O’ Reilly’s in mentor I never have this problem. Came in with my boyfriend today prepared to spend 200$ on a new injected and Dave asked if he can read codes on the truck first before we bought anything. Thank god he did. It didn’t throw any codes so he recommended a new fuel filter and it runs like a dream.he saved us around 150$ today. They answer all our questions, are super friendly and love talking about our projects with us. I recommend this place to everyone, especially to females. Their staff knows what their talking about and are so nice. Props to the store manager Ryan for knowing how to hire great staff. I will be a loyal customer to O’ Reilly’s in mentor for as long as I’m driving.
