I had item that was that I had gotten from this location and it was very heavy. No associate would assist me with carrying the item to my vehicle. The only thing I was asked if I had needed a cart to carry the item to the car. Wow thanks for the customer service

These 4 trailers are all up in the way. They make it next to impossible to get backed in to the docks to unload. So you have to blindside into your spot. I’ve read the other reviews and y’all said thanks for letting us know and we’ll look into it but I see you didn’t do nothing. Refuse any load coming here. I won’t take another load here.

I ordered parts online that were said to guarantee a fit but the rotor that cane in was wrong. After a very disgruntled chat with the employee here while my car was on blocks, I actually felt much better afterwards. He let me know that the Corolla’s in 2020 have a different rotor that is larger (likely a camry rotor) because or the supply chain issues. He allowed me to take in my parts and trade them for the correct pair. I was also worried because I got a coupon but the direct trade made it a non issue. This is why I actually like NAPA because they have a large warehouse here in norcross and when things get wonky they always remedy it. Also the brakes and rotors are fantastic. No noise

I love going to Napa. This is where I get all my employer supplies for their vehicles ( buses and cars ) l just love their prices. So far I have not seen anyone that can beat their prices.

This morning my sister, Tabitha and I came in to get a license plate light fixture and for some reason it did not fit. So we came back to make sure we got the right fixture and Tony was extremely thorough in checking the size of the original fixture and the new one and sure enough they were differwnt sizes. He eveb went as far as to order a new part to make aure it was not just the one part we purchased. Finding out we i deed needed to go elsewhere to find the fixture. We were extremely impressed with Tony and his service. We thanked him and we thank Napa for the amazing service we recieved here. Five stars for Tony and Napa Auto Parts!!
