Went to them for a rack and pinion replacement, among other things. Had them run diagnostics and they came back saying it’s just the tire rod. So I gave them the go ahead and figured it’d be good to go. Then they call me during the process to say that they DO need to replace the rack and pinion. And while they did cut me some slack on labor, I was already shoehorned into something that I was led to think was the sole problem after being told they looked thoroughly. After picking up the car, it was handling a lot better but I found it to still not steer straight. And found the experience of getting that corrected to be less friendly that it was when they had to convince me to give them my business. They did do a realignment, and it still doesn’t drive straight, but told me it could be this or that and sent me off without any documentation to look into “this or that” any further. Additionally had my oil changed and had them look into issues with water getting in. They didn’t not replace my oil filter and my splash guards are just missing. And again the friendly tone took a further downturn. I understand things don’t always go perfectly, but after being pushed to pay more than budget, I at least would expect things I paid for to be done. And being friendly after the sale is done may feel unnecessary, but it does guarantee no further business will occur. (Below is the filthy oil filter and the street below my engine that shouldn’t be visible)

I have visited Christian Brothers in Norcross for routine oil changes and tire rotations. They've always done a good job and quickly. This week I had what amounted to a 5 yr/50k tune-up and a blower fan replacement. They fully explain what needs to be done, why, and the pricing. Everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a comfortable waiting area with snacks, coffee, bottled water, and free wi-fi for quick visits and a complimentary shuttle service for longer repair wait times. I highly recommend them for both routine and more complicated services.

I’m incredibly surprised and disappointed with the service I received during my most recent visit. As someone who has consistently chosen your shop over the years—despite friends and family saying you're on the more expensive side—it's always been because I trusted the quality of your work and the professionalism of your team. Unfortunately, this experience has really shaken that trust. First, the service took significantly longer than expected, with very little communication about the delays. I was finally told my car was ready at 5:59pm on Friday, just one minute before closing, which felt inconsiderate and left me scrambling to get there in time. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that a phone charger was missing, and a few other items inside the car had clearly been moved or were out of place. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse when I got home and looked over the bill. To my complete shock, I discovered that I had been billed using someone else’s invoice. I cannot overstate how concerning this is. It’s not only a financial mistake but also raises serious questions about the handling of customer information and transactions at your shop. I’ve received a apology for what transpired, but do not feel confident to return.

I had a really great first experience at CB Automotive! Scheduling my appointment via phone call was easy. I especially enjoyed the customer experience- Clean lobby/waiting area, professional workers, quick service, and competitive pricing. I was greeted quickly upon entering with a smile and kindness. I am very pleased with how they answered my questions and did not try to sell me things I didn’t need. The workers were upfront about pricing and how long the services would take. I also really loved the digital report that you receive at the end with pictures (you can see a preview in the screenshot). Super helpful! I’ll definitely be back!
