I’m pretty shocked this business has such a high average rating on Google. After over 2 weeks of trying to get the battery replaced in my phone, I’ve given up. It began on a Monday with a “3-5 day” timeframe for the battery to arrive and install. I was told to call and check for status. Which I did, daily, after the 5-day mark. When it was finally in, (a little over a week later) the guy I spoke with informed me he was in California, and wouldn’t be back for 2-3 days. I call him Thursday, and ask if I can just stop in Friday afternoon/evening to get the service done. He says “yup, no problem, just come in”. I show up Friday at 6:30pm (easily within the business hours they have posted), and the door is locked. I call the guy and he informs me it’s “his friend who does this repair” and that he’ll be in later, he gives me his friend’s number, so I try him. No answer, no voicemail, I leave. That was 4 days ago and I have yet to hear from either of them. I should note that during this entire process, they never once reached out to me, I was constantly chasing them for the service. Quality work is only 50% of a business, with customer service and communication making up the other half. I would think they’d want to get my battery replaced as soon as possible to turn a profit over the cost of the battery itself. Overall, this place has the feel of two high school guys trying to “play” business owner. You could use a class or two on business management and etiquette. You can keep the battery, I’ll go elsewhere.

Let me start by saying no one but Apple has ever worked on my iPhones. But I had a shattered iPhone X screen and a swollen battery issue. Apple wanted $370 and I could not even get an appointment for two weeks. I spoke with this business and was impressed with their professionalism so I stopped by this morning for my repair. 25 minutes later my iPhone looks and works like it is brand new and the price was less than half of Apple. Seriously. I can’t believe it. They rent space in a small grocery store but if it reduces their overhead I’m all for it. What matters is my iPhone is perfect, and I saved a ton of time and money. I could not be more thrilled.

Absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. My boyfriend came in to get his microphone fixed at a quoted price. They took over a day to "fix" the mic. When he got there to pick up his phone, the microphone wasn't fixed, AND his screen was completely broken and unusable. They then made him pay to fix the screen that they broke (additional $80). This is a horrible way to run a business and they should be reported to the BBB if that's even possible. I have never been anywhere with such horrible service. The fact that they literally BROKE his phone and made HIM PAY to fix it is unforgivable. Even after calling the owner to discuss, the owner said that it was somehow my boyfriends fault that the screen broke??? Completely unprofessional and a waste of money. If I could take them to a small claims court, I would.
