Atlanta Auto & SUV Introduce

When seeking reliable automotive services in Norcross, Georgia, Atlanta Auto & SUV, situated at 2575 Langford Rd NW, Norcross, GA 30071, USA, is one of the Auto Repair Stations available to local users. While the platform category suggests a place where individuals can find services and goods related to car and SUV repair, it is important for potential customers to consider all available information when making a decision. The following introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Atlanta Auto & SUV based on the customer reviews found online.

Information regarding the physical environment of Atlanta Auto & SUV is not explicitly detailed in the provided customer feedback. Therefore, an objective description of the shop's ambiance, facilities, or overall presentation cannot be accurately provided based solely on these reviews. Potential customers may need to visit the location in person to assess the environment and determine if it meets their expectations for an auto repair station.

Based on the limited information from the customer reviews, it appears that Atlanta Auto & SUV offers at least a few specific services. One customer mentioned visiting the shop to purchase and have a chrome exhaust tip installed on a Jeep Cherokee. This indicates that they may offer services related to exhaust system accessories and their installation. Another customer's review details an experience with a simple oil change service, where they brought their own oil and filter. This suggests that basic maintenance services, such as oil changes, may also be part of their offerings. However, the reviews do not provide a comprehensive list of all the services that Atlanta Auto & SUV is equipped to handle. Potential customers seeking specific repairs or maintenance should contact the shop directly to inquire about their capabilities.

The features of Atlanta Auto & SUV, as perceived through the lens of the available customer feedback, present a mixed picture. One significant aspect that emerges is the reported customer service experience. One reviewer described an interaction with the owner, Luis, as "very rude and sarcastic." This individual's account details concerns about the pricing of an exhaust tip installation and a negative interaction when inquiring about a receipt. The lack of a receipt for a purchased item and service was also a point of concern for this customer. This review suggests that customer service may be an area where some individuals have had negative experiences.

Another feature highlighted by a different customer is the outcome of an oil change service. This reviewer reported a significant oil leak shortly after an oil change performed at Atlanta Auto & SUV. Upon returning to the shop, they described receiving a "lame excuse," a two-hour wait, and an additional charge for oil to rectify the issue. This experience raises concerns about the quality and thoroughness of the work performed, specifically in this instance, the oil change service conducted by someone named Manuel Garcia. The reviewer explicitly stated that the work was done "too quickly" and lacked a double-check, leading to a subsequent problem for the customer.

The recurring theme in both reviews is a lack of customer satisfaction. One reviewer explicitly advises others not to spend their money at Atlanta Auto & SUV, stating that the owner "does not value his customers." The second reviewer concludes that the place "isn’t worth your money" based on their experience with the oil change service. These strong negative sentiments from two separate customers should be carefully considered by potential new customers.

Currently, there is no promotional information available for Atlanta Auto & SUV in the provided data. The absence of any mention of discounts, special offers, or guarantees in the customer reviews suggests that promotional activities were not part of these specific customer experiences. Therefore, an objective introduction cannot include any details about promotional offers based solely on this information.

Given the nature of the feedback received, local users considering Atlanta Auto & SUV for their car or SUV repair needs should proceed with caution and perhaps seek additional information or consider alternative Auto Repair Stations in the Norcross area. The reported issues with customer service and the quality of a basic service like an oil change are significant factors that potential customers may want to weigh carefully.

It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not be representative of every customer interaction. However, they provide valuable insights into potential aspects of the business's operation and customer relations. When choosing an Auto Repair Station, factors such as trust, reliability, quality of work, and customer service are typically paramount for vehicle owners.

While Atlanta Auto & SUV is listed within the Auto Repair Stations category and offers services such as exhaust tip installation and oil changes, the negative feedback regarding customer service and the quality of work in at least one instance raises concerns. Potential customers may want to consider these points in their decision-making process and perhaps look for shops with more consistently positive reviews regarding these critical aspects of auto repair services.

In conclusion, based on the provided customer reviews, Atlanta Auto & SUV in Norcross, GA, has received negative feedback concerning customer service and the quality of at least one reported service. While they do offer some automotive services, potential customers should be aware of these reported experiences and consider them when deciding where to take their vehicles for repair or maintenance. No promotional information is available at this time based on the provided data. It would be prudent for local users to seek further information or consider other options within the Auto Repair Stations category in the Norcross area to ensure a satisfactory and reliable service experience.

Atlanta Auto & SUV Customer Reviews

I'm not one to write reviews but this one was VERY VERY necessary. I stopped in to purchase a chrome tip and have it installed. Very simple. The owner Luis was very rude and sarcastic. I guess after me inquiring about the price of a few different tips his patience became short. I thought $ 80 to install a chrome tip on a 2006 Jeep Cherokee was expensive. I have béen working on cars for over 25 years. But nevertheless I went for it I was short on time. Work took 10 mins average. When I asked for a receipt his Son stated he could not give me one. For that type of work..I purchased a tip and had it installed. Why can't I get a receipt? We would have to charge you taxes. And if I did not like it I can go up the street to Midas..I just had to walk away. Bottom DO NOT spend your money with Atlanta AUTO & SUV. He does not value his customers!!!

Came here Friday for a simple oil change. i brought my own oil & filter as i usually do. Saturday, i get ready to go out and my car leaked the gallon of oil that was used. Drive up Monday and they give me some lame excuse and had me waiting 2 hours, charged me $25 for 1 quart of oil. Manuel Garcia did my oil change too quickly and did not double check his work and i paid the price for his mistake. This place isn’t worth your money.

This is about as trustworthy of a car repair place as I have ever found. They have fixed multiple problems for me for very reasonable prices, or told me how to fix them myself. Les will give you reliable, expert advice on how much it should really cost versus what the dealership will charge. I would highly recommend.

Atlanta Auto & SUV has done work for me several times, the most recent was a very big job. Timing belt, engine mounts, front brakes and more. They did excellent work and charged me a very fair price. They even replaced a water pump for me while they had things apart. I will be going back to them the next time I need work done.

I bought a pristine '99 Volvo V-70 XC wagon for 5k cash. I followed the Atlanta Auto & SUV owner ~ Les Kim's advice, for every repair and preventative maintenance. PCV valve replacement and oil pan area cleaned - not done properly, will have to re-do at another shop. Re-built top engine and replaced valves - had exhaust coming from under the car into the cabin after several attempts to rectify the work - moreover the compressor for the AC stopped working after the repairs and they were never able to get the the AC to be as cold as it once was Re-placed the throttle body (a 1k+ repair) worked for 2 months and then repeated it's problems, I was told I had a 1 year warranty, then a two year warranty, then a lifetime warranty - in the end no warranty at all I have a problem with the front end, Atlanta Volvo Honda could never find the problem but I kept burning through tires on the front - all the while I need new steering arms. So where am I know? I have been lied to and have nothing left to spend on the car. All the work done by Atlanta Volvo Honda/ Atlanta Auto & SUV will have to be re-done (over 5k to fix) if I am to keep the car. Either Les Kim and his father do not know how to do the work properly, or they swindled me and will not make it right. Save your money and time and get it done right the first time, somewhere else. These guys make the dealers service centers seem like the good guys.
