I appreciated everyone being very thorough and clear with me during my first ever visit to any auto body repair shop. They were very informative and the initial repair length was 15 days but was cut down to an astonishing 5 after they managed to get everything they needed earlier than expected. I'm more than happy with the service I received here and I wanted to give a special shout out to Diane for being the main person to help me through this complex process!

I am not a customer of this shop but somehow this customer used my phone number as his. After i tried to tell them this their representative was rude to me and hung up on me as i explained the mistake made by progressive, state farm and merchants rental car. Id say from his behaviour and their continued calls to my number they have no respect for their customers and would never use their service.

When I brought my car in on Nov 8th, they promised my my car by the next Friday. Then that Friday they promised em it by the next Friday. This happened over and over again for over 80 days! And when I finally got my car back it wasn't even working and the key fob no longer unlocks the door and one of the tires has a hole in it that wasn't there when I brought it in.
