After finishing up an appointment we tried to start our car and it would not turn over. We tried it a couple times and thank God it started but the check engine light came on. Since we were right down the street from Advance we decided we would let them check to see what the code indicated. The young man named Alan was so very nice and helpful. He truly provided us with wonderful customer service and was so kind EVEN though it was raining outside. Thank you young man for being an exceptional Advance Auto Parts employee!!

Timothy was a great helper, we came in trying to replace the battery because the dealer mentioned a replacement, Timothy went out to test the battery gave us advice and help clean the terminals of the battery. Thank you so much!

I went to this store to pick up a will call for a commercial account. I did see there were people waiting in line so I looked to see if there was a commercial counter and did not see a sign so I told this guy named Alan working at the register that I am picking up a will call for a commercial account. So he then says OK give me a moment I saw that he kept attending and attending other customers and would not even turn around to look at me, so I decided to ask well do you guys have a commercial counter? That’s when he said yes In the back, then I told him how come you didn’t tell me that from the beginning when I said I was picking up a will call for commercial and he looks at me and raises his voice saying you clearly see I am busy! You clearly see I am busy twice and that’s when I told him there’s no need for an attitude and he said I was the one getting an attitude that is not the way that I feel like any customer should be getting treated at all. I usually get all my parts from store 6904 and never have had any issue. If I ever need a part again and this store is the only one with it, I’d rather wait or go to auto zone.

I visited the store on November 27th, 2024, around 6:30 p.m., and had the worst customer service experience ever. The employees sold me a battery but were unwilling to take the time to enter my information into the system correctly, which affected my warranty. They also entered my email incorrectly and refused to help me install the battery or provide the tools I needed to do it myself. As a result, I had to drive to another location, Auto Advance Parts Store #6904, where I usually receive excellent customer service. The employees at Store #6904 consistently go above and beyond to assist anyone who walks in, regardless of who they are. Whoever trains the staff there is doing a fantastic job!

They had something I needed in winter and the price was not bad. When I went to buy the same part to Napa, they gave me price match with the receipt from Advanced Auto Parts..lol.
