Jeremy answered my every need and met me outside (in the rain) so I never had to exit my car. He kindly, patiently and enthusiastically measured my wiper, looked up my car’s information, explained my options. When I picked out an upgraded wiper he made sure it fit. It didn’t. So he went back in, found the right one and we were off. He even took my credit card and paid for the transaction so I could stay dry. I’m not saying anyone should expect VIP in-vehicle service when they get here, but I am saying that this is the kind of establishment that treats customers like they matter, and I can’t offer higher praise than that. Very impressive stock of unusual parts especially when it comes for older vehicles. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and they stand for what they sell. If a mistake is made, they will make it right. I have been very impressed by the outstanding support that I have gotten from the Topsham, NAPA store since 1986. L

Super helpful! Pouring rain and the store manager offered to install our wiper blades, which they did. Then another counter person helped us extensively with selecting some Milwaukee “Packouts”. Everyone was pleasant, too.

I deal with this location on a daily basis on a professional level. They even stock our consumable shelves in our shop. I’m working on a personal project today at home and was looking for body shims to gap/flush a streetcar. Looking online showed they were in stock, as well as some tapered rubber plugs I needed so I headed to my local friendly Napa. They always deliver to the business, but for personal projects I stopped by their physical location. I wandered the isles for a minute picking up some fluids and misc supplies. Unable to find the shims I was looking for, I approached the counter. My receipt says I was graced by the presence of Jason, sales rep 119. When inquiring about the shims, before even fully explaining what sort of shim I was looking for, I was informed they were all special order. Attempting to relay they were universal body shims, again he insisted they were special order. Okay. Perhaps some other customer beat me to the entire stocked inventory since the time I checked online an left my house. Next up was a generic assortment of rubber plugs. The sort of tapered plug one might use to temporarily seal a hard line, vacuum port, or hose. Dorman Help! Brand usually sells them in an assortment pack. “Size?!” He demanded. Reiterating it was usually sold as a generic assortment, he insisted otherwise and that he couldn’t help. “Nope!” Is all I got for a response. I guess the two other customers browsing the shelves, and the older gentlemen at the counter retelling another employee the woes of his racecar and trailer burning was just too much pressure for Jason to take a moment and open a catalog to help me. I rarely visit the physical location, as mentioned above. The delivery drivers who drop off my parts during the week always seem to be having a rough day and repeatedly mention how they can’t wait to move on to other employment opportunities. After my first experience with Jason, I can’t blame them. Other friends of mine who own local businesses have transferred their accounts to the Oreilly’s and have mentioned they’ve been great so I stopped by there. The young guy at the counter was happy to search the computer for the parts I was looking for, found them, and in less time than it took to write this, I was out the door, happy to continue on my project. If my piddly 50$ I wanted to spend on misc supplies for my own project isn’t worthy of Mr. Jason’s time, I question whether or not my other accounts should remain here.
