I called and left a message on a Sunday night in regards to a water heater issue. I was called back in less the one half hour and was told what the problem was and then took care of it. Not many businesses would do that! Will contact them again if I have any issues with out motorhome!

This is who you need to call for RV repairs! We had an appointment at an RV repair place to have our furnace fixed, but when we got there, the tech wasn't there, so we went to our campground. While there, we saw a J&D RV Repair truck parked nearby at another site. We asked if he worked on furnaces, and he said yes, but he had a few other jobs in the park first, but would stop by our site when he was done. We waited, and as it started to get dark, we thought maybe he forgot, but then he showed up, even though it was after 6pm. We have a 1995 motorhome. Joe took the furnace apart, piece by piece, and cleaned every single piece before putting it back together. He was there for over 2 hours and kept troubleshooting until it was fixed. No parts needed! Then, said we could call him if we had any other issues come up and he'd be happy to offer over the phone help if needed. I can't help but think that had we been seen at the other repair place, they would have charged us more, needed to order a part, and possibly not done such a thorough cleaning of each part. It's Sept. 29th and no worries about keeping warm thanks to Joe!

Fast, efficient, friendly and priced very fair. Our RV has been serviced twice by J & D RV Service, once for a cracked roof vent and the second for a broken electric jack. We are very happy with the service we received.
