I've been coming here on and off for years but this was the last time I will ever step foot in this place. They never have the right size tools because they rely on their employees to bring them. When I walked out to my truck they had drawn a smiley face in the dirt on my door. This SCRATCHES THE PAINT. I pay $1200 a year to get my paint touched up/corrected- this was the most inconsiderate thing someone can do especially after I made the comment that "the truck is my baby" I will be calling corporate. After spending 15 mins pressure washing it- BECAUSE I DONT TOUCH THE PAINT the smiley is still visible.

Hands down great experience, I had a terrible experience at Townfair Tire left went to Ture Warehouse for them to get me same tires same price and trusted technicians to put them on. Which when you have small kidos is the key. I can’t thank Maddy I believe her name was enough. She got it done in a timely and efficient professional manner.

I brought 4 rims in and brand new in the box. I got them back with tires mounted and all 4 were badly damage with a ring around the outside face of every rim. I am not happy. Topsham Maine

Had an appointment scheduled two weeks out, when we got there half hour early we were told they had already shut down their computers and were closing early. The “manager” said he didn’t make the appointment and didn’t care it was scheduled and that we had left work early. He wouldn’t even turn on the computer to look up the appointment or reschedule us as it “wasn’t his problem” and they were closing. It was literally a tire swap and could have been done before they “closed”. What business shuts down their computers half an hour before closing and doesn’t call scheduled customers to let them know they are closing early to reschedule them? When I asked for his name he said I could take my tires somewhere else. No problem! I am not going to pay to be disrespected. Completely horrible customer service. I can’t even believe you keep a manager that speaks to customers this way!

My family and I have been coming here for small tire mounting jobs for the past five years with no issues so we decided to use them to purchase and Mount snow tires. First their air hose broke and they cancelled all of the appointments for the day because they couldn’t get it fixed then when I cam back for my rescheduled appointment the tires hadn’t ever actually been ordered. Then they said they could use. another brand they had in stock but guess what? They didn’t actually have them in stock! No apology for the inconvenience or anything. And the lobby was an obstacle course of tires. Never coming back.
