My sis needed a new rear wiper arm for 14 ford escape. Dorman at Autozone did not fit blade we have or they had. Napa has their own brand that’s a Dorman as well but the exact fit Napa blade clicked right in so we just solved the solution then and there. Blade on oem ford part was a Bosch. Seems Dorman has slightly different size thing for blade to snap on.

We had a unique issue that involved some special non stock parts. The team spent almost an hour looking through parts books to find an excellent solution. My 3 year old daughter was with me the staff welcomed her and made it an enjoyable time for her as we waited. Their excellent service far exceeded my expectations.

I went into this Napa in Grove City to get clips to repair the back of my passenger seat. I was not greeted nor did any employee (2 employees working, that I saw) ask me if I needed help. At the time, I was 1 of 2.customers in there. So after looking around for these clips, unsuccessfully I went up the the desk to ask for help. The man behind the desk then asked me if there was something he could help me with? I showed him a picture my husband sent me, (which I will provide) and asked.if they had those in stock? His response was, "I can't see the item number." I blew the picture up and read the only number that was on the product. He then tells me that's not a product number because it wasn't a long enough number, and that without the product number he couldn't tell me if they were in stock. I pretty much felt like I was bothering him. This product seems like it would be a.standard product and that maybe he could have just pointed me in a general area of the store where those would be stocked. Where was the customer service?? I feel like because I am a female in an auto parts store, I wasn't priority. No matter how big or small a purchase, it's still a sale and as far as I can tell, this Napa needs any sell thwycan get as it is never busy. I will not be returning to this store.

Needed a rear windshield wiper arm for an SUV and they saved me from having to go to the dealership for parts. I had gone to two other parts stores (i.e. AutoZone) and no one else had wiper blades that were compatible with a new wiper arm for the make and model of my vehicle (they had the arm in stock, their replacement blades and my old blade would not fit it). I called ahead to Napa and the nice gentleman on the phone confirmed they had the arm and a compatible wiper blade in stock. They held them for me at the front while I was on my way. The napa exact fit wiper blade fit the new wiper arm perfectly. 11/10 will go back for future parts.

NAPA of Grove City on Columbus street is the best auto parts store in the south Columbus area. I have lived in Grove City for almost 11 years. I always drive past the other auto parts stores to purchase the parts I need from NAPA, I use the top quality parts to keep an older car in great shape. The store employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have only positive comments about the store the staff and the quality parts they stock. If an item is out of stock they will check the computer for delivery to their store and ask for your phone number to notify you the parts you need are at the store. Highly recommend you deal with these folks!

One of my favorite NAPA locations. It is a very small store but the staff are always polite and helpful in my experience. What they don't have in stock they can generally get pretty quickly. Seems to have better quality parts in stock than the other auto parts stores nearby. I would recommend this location to anyone.
