Thank god for this company! Liz was very helpful went totally out of her way to help me with my vehicle! Every other body shop said my car wasn’t fixable to just junk it! I reached out to Liz and she told she could get a tow truck to me that same day! She was able to get me a loaner vehicle so I was able to get to work! My car looks brand new and drives like brand new! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this body shop too EVERYONE! They treated me like family not just a customer! 10 stars if it was an option

I came across Precise Collision and Glass while looking for a company that would be able to fix the areas of my car that were damaged. I saw the great reviews and gave them a shot and I am glad that I did because they did a fantastic job with fixing my car. The staff was great and walked me along what I needed to do. They were also able to work with my insurance. They towed my car to their company for free as well. All in all I felt welcome and the staff there were amazing people and it truly shows they cared and were willing to work with me through this somewhat stressful process. Thank you again!

My car was broken into in an attempt to steal it. The dash was torn to pieces, there was damage to the door, and the back window was smashed. Precise Collision and Glass did an excellent job fixing it! The staff was very kind and professional and they really helped me out during a difficult time. Precise provided towing service as my car was undrivable and then provided me with a free rental car while mine was in the shop. Their work on the vehicle is first class. I picked up my car today. It looks brand new, everything is working as it should, and to look at it now you'd never guess that it had been damaged. I would highly recommend Precise Collision and Glass to anyone needing body work. They really did a great job with my vehicle and the overall experience of working with them was great!

I would like to say Precise Collision is the boom . They have worked on my car 2x and my daughters car. I wouldn't think of going now where else. West,Liz,Heather everyone that works there treats you like family. That really know what they are doing . I love the work they done on my car. I tell everyone I know to go there . They are the best. Overall pretty satisfied with the customer service and the quality of work! Just happened to be driving by one day and noticed the assortment of high-end luxury cars they were doing repairs to, so I decided to stop in and get an estimate for some insurance work. The owner was amazing with helping me get my claim started, but I give the biggest Kuddos to Eric!! These guys went above and beyond to get my car together. They were more than fair and Eric worked with me on the price and they earned my business. These are genuine people and they are honest and upfront and they stand behind their words and their work! Also Jules was very helpful too. I’m very picky and meticulous and they catered Precisely to my every need. It was a true pleasure doing business with them!! They also provide lifetime warranties on their work!! Go check them out.

Wanted to give you the review this place deserves, my car was rear ended back in the beginning of march, didn’t have a clue about this place they messaged me with name and number and I gave them a call as for I wasn’t 100% sure where I wanted to take my car, they told me they give out loaners for free, would waive my deductible, life time warranty on all of there work and they would clean it and detail it before returning, I wasn’t shocked but it had me, when I took my car to get an estimate, it was smooth and easy, I left that day in a rental. Two weeks later my car was done and looked more beautiful that before it got hit, they detailed it, cleaned it and fixed my hood (insurance didn’t want it fixed) and I couldn’t be more thankful, would recommend to all of my friends and family, wonderful people and great shop!

Want to start by saying I received a cold call from this shop, offering a free tow (from Marion), a free loaner vehicle, they'd pay part of my deductible, lifetime warranty their work, and get me in the next day. Texted my friends who asked "what's the catch?" I wanted to write a review to say there's no catch, dropped my car off and was out with the loaner in less than 20 minutes. They were always quick to reply to my texts or calls for updates. Loaner was completely free (minus gas of course). Got paperwork verifying the warranty. They paid half of my deductible. My car looks brand new (60,000 miles) and they even gave it a wash and cleaned up the inside. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone and thank Wes and Liz for all the communication and amazing work.

Dealing with this stuff is always so stressful but with Heather and Liz helping me through it I found that they were not only extremely helpful but very polite and fun to talk to! They helped me through the process and made getting my repair done easy and dealing with the insurance was an absolute breeze! These two individuals are AMAZING and I definitely recommend working with them! Thank you ladies for the help I appreciate you both!!

Just got into my first accident about a month ago. I was a mess and I didn't know which way to turn. I randomly got a call from Liz at this company offering to help. Not only did they come get my car with their tow truck(2 hours away), but they also let me use a vehicle free of charge until mine was fixed. This place truly is awesome and I recommend them to anyone in need of car repair.
