Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

I had an oil & exhaust leak. Aiden was very knowledgeable and got the majority of my repairs covered through my warranty company, which was about $2,400.00 total. I only had to pay about $700 of that with my deductible, plus the exhaust work isn't covered. He was also very professional and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I'd definitely recommend the Tuffy team and Aiden. I'm glad to be back on the road. Thank You!

Great service! Set something up last minute to fix a flat tire. Brandon got me right in and the team had the car serviced by the end of the day. Even took the time to address some upcoming car maintenance. Kyle is a great asset to the team there. He was super easy to work with. I will be back for any future work and would recommend the same!

This is a delayed review from a year ago. I was traveling from Mid-O to TN at night, in the rain, and had a blow-out on Rt 71. I plugged the tire, grabbed a cheap hotel, and was at Tuffy Tire & Auto when they opened the next morning. Mike pulled the tire, patched it, and sent me on my way. No charge. No wait. I'm not even sure if he had a coffee before working on my tire. Unbelievable service extended to a client that was just passing through. Thanks Mike. Much appreciated. I was just going through receipts, found your business card, and I'm making good on my promise to write you a review. Thanks again.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS!! This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had when dealing with car issues. We worked with Aiden and he was incredibly knowledgeable, detailed, personable, and overall amazing at his job! Every step of the process he kept us informed, answered our questions, and gave us amazing advice! While we live almost an hour away, we might drive all the way back next time we have any car trouble! If you are local to Columbus, this is your guy!!! Aiden, thank you SO MUCH!

I recently had to get my brake control module replaced in my F-150. They did a great job! I did have to wait an extra day, but that was NOT their fault. They had to go through a dealership to get the part, and the dealership was late getting Tuffy the part. I'm very satisfied with the repairs done. 👍
