BW Tire and Service of Grove City

Came in for a slow leak repair and found out the situation was worse. Mike used his best judgement and told me straight forward what the problem was: the tire was so dry rotted that he was worried he'd severely damage it if he took it off the car. He even offered to call and tell my mom because she would understand more than me! It was a very quick inspection, even though they just opened and there were already other customers there. I will definitely be coming back for other tire issues in the future

Been coming here many years with work and personal vehicles. No place will ever be 100% perfect but Mike is a legit good guy, great to work with.

Not impressed. I called having issues with one tire leaking air. Was told to come the next day at 2pm. I went and they said they could look at it but if it needed fixed I would have to schedule at least a week out. I said fine while I'm here can you just look at it. I pulled up front and waited 30 minutes and no one came so I left. Waste of time.

I made an appointment a week in advance, the manager said get your vehicle here at 730 am and will start on it right away, so I got up early on my vacation day and was at B W Tire at 730 am, at 745am we ordered your parts, I'm thinking to myself you had a week to order my parts. At 815am my vehicle has now been sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes, so I ask the manager why is my vehicle still sitting in the Parking lot 45 minutes later, we'll we needed your VIN # for the parts, huh? I made this appointment a week ago you had plenty of time to call me for the VIN#, not to mention I had previous work done at this shop and my VIN# is on my account.

I don’t even know where to begin… Mike is amazing! He takes care of his customers, but the most important thing is he’s genuine and trustworthy. If you want the problem to be fixed the first time around, then go to Mike! He will not disappoint you. I’ve had some expensive lessons learned and have had some bad experiences with mechanics, but not anymore! Thank you Mike and crew for all that you have done. I’m glad to be doing business with you all!

Mike & Bill take great care of our entire families cars! For several years, his team takes care of all 13 of our cars! Gets us in quickly, gives us great pricing, they do great work, always explaining what needs replacing ,and why! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
