Went to replace my tires with low tread and I've had multiple problems. Tire PSI indicator went off a few weeks later and they tires were not adhered properly to the rim. Then one went flat on a trip to Cleveland with a bulging interior side wall. Had to drive home on a spare. They looked at the tires and claimed 3 tires were defective. I then took the car back for repeatedly for low pressure on the front driver tire. Most recently the back driver side went flat again. Drove back and then was told again the rims were not adhering to the tires. They claimed that there were notches that were the problem. I never had issues with my tires until I came here to replace them. Driving home my whole car was vibrating where it was not doing that before. I called Customer Service and they set up an appointment at another subsidiary of Monro. I don't feel safe driving my vehicle nor am I confident in their ability to fix the issue. We will see how it goes.

These folks are top-notch! I first stopped by the place two years ago to help with a tire that kept going flat. They were busy, but wanted to help — they provided a temporary fix with a sealant, gave me a little rubber tip to put on it & filled it with air. It took about 5 minutes & they didn't even charge me. They just wanted to help! Fast forward to last week. My rotors & brake pads were destroyed. They got me in within 12 hours of me booking & handled the job with fair (if not better) pricing than anyone else out there. THEN my battery died. They replaced it within just a few hours for just the cost of the battery. I didn't know they were a complete car repair shop, but now I do & I'll be going back should something else pop up! Shoutout to Jim for giving the good news, explaining the bad news & scouring the system for whatever discounts they could give me.

Dropped off in morning for oil change and tire rotation. Everything ready by the afternoon; easy in and out! Last time with another vehicle they were good enough to find out that my 2006 actually had an extra long manufacturer warranty on the entire rear sub frame. Saved a lot cash by getting it replaced for free!

After scheduling an appointment with the dealership two weeks out, I called and spoke to Mikey about 2 hours before close about a leak in my tire. He was very friendly and assured me they could take a look at it the same day. The leak was patched about an hour or so later. They didn't even charge me when I picked it up! Very nice crew here.

I went in for an oil change. I appreciated that the assistant manager still applied a discount to my full synthetic oil change because I bought the wrong Groupon, So that’s why it’s not one star. I guess a newer technician did my oil change. I picked my car up around 1.5 hour later and in the parking lot there was a strong burning smell inside my car. The assistant manager said if you don’t mind me having your car for a few we’ll look at it. I waited outside thinking it would be a few minutes - fast forward 10 minutes I went inside. I waited over an hour and was told it was cleaned off by the new technician and the assistant manager also said I may smell a slight burning smell but it’ll go away. The new technician said if there was an issue he would be working the next day and could clean it more. At this point I drive away (burning smell continuing) and my house is ten minutes away. As I’m pulling in my driveway I see smoke coming from the hood. I call the store and someone answered and said bring it back in. I drive back and they took the car back and a little while later an employee shows me a pic on his phone of cat food in a hood saying his may be part of the problem. My car is parked in my garage normally and I have no cats but ok …. I’ll look into that and it wasn’t pointed out until the 3rd time my car was looked at (ie smoking) Anyhow, the manager of the store said they would get it all cleaned and degreased completely. So 5 hours after my original 10 am Appointment they give me my car back ensuring there wouldn’t be any issues but that there may be a smell. I’m not sure if they didn’t ventilate properly after degreasing but my windows were not open when I got my car and I got a severe headache instantly and opened all my windows and sky roof despite the cold and drove home. I left my windows open after this for at least two hours. I’m hopeful there won’t be any issues when I drive it again but it was a completely frustrating experience and I felt they could have at least said sorry for any inconvenience. There were no sorries. I wasn’t mean at any point and patiently waited I didn’t ask for any refund but in all honesty one should have probably been offered or at least more professionalism and not playing it off to where I felt like I was inconveniencing them.
