Brian was very helpful with modifying my service appointment to accommodate an additional request. The service team provided a detailed report of my XC90 systems and their recommendations were clearly stated for my next service. Jeff was helpful with setting up a loaner Volvo when I could not make it to the shop before they closed until I could get there the next day. Overall, easy to schedule 30,000 mile service online and great team to work with! Thank you!

The service team at Montrose has been amazing! I brought my Volvo them to fix several issues that other dealers could not or would not resolve. Audrey is amazing, she went above and beyond my expectations, had the car repaired, even offered to pick it up from my house and return it to me. Her communication along the way is superior as well. 5 stars, I would rate higher if I could. Thank you!

I had a first class experience at Montrose Volvo today for my 24 month service. This was done in a professional and prompt manner. I was very comfortable in the customer lounge where I got some work done during the brief wait. The staff checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. Service Manager Audrey Cover answered my questions in a thorough manner. I have been very pleased with the sales and service experience at Montrose Volvo and am completely satisfied.

Audrey was fantastic getting my service rescheduled after a cancelled flight made me miss my initial appointment. They were ready for me early and had all items ready for signature upon my arrival. All services were completed on time and I was on my way with a sparkling clean vehicle. This was my first service at the dealership and I am so grateful they exceeded all of my expectations!

Had a great experience! I didn’t have a scheduled appointment but they were able to fit me in. Audrey is phenomenal. She explained everything. She is always pleasant, calm and cheerful. I have been driving Volvos for over 30 yrs. Great Service department. Keep up the great service

Service was perfect - except for actually making the appointment. It required multiple phone calls to get an appointment. The website did not help. Instead, it ultimately provided the same phone number - where (initially) there was no call back after leaving several messages. Finally, after my insistence, the phone receptionist made the appointment for me on her own. Dealership needs to add personnel to fix this. Staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Service was completed on time. Review would be 5 stars if not for the effort needed to make the appointment.
