I had a great sales experience when I purchased my jaguar two years ago. I came in for my routine oil changes, and everything always went very smoothly . And the staff seemed really nice. At one point I was happy that I chose this company to buy my jaguar from . However, whenever I need service is not so great. I was sold a warranty Which, by the way, I didn’t need because I already had a warranty, but of course they’re going to try to sell you everything to get more money. They did an inspection on my car to see if my car was eligible for warranty I didn’t even need. they didn’t Program the battery back to my vehicle when they Finish their inspection. This made my battery light come on. I took my vehicle back to Jaguar the next day to see why the light was on , they said that I needed a new battery. I know nothing was wrong with my vehicle when I dropped it off for the inspection so I went and got a second opinion . Let me not leave out they charge me $100 just to tell me that I needed a new battery. I took it somewhere else to look at it and they said that the battery just hadn’t been programmed to my vehicle, so they were going to charge me $700 for a whole new battery that I didn't even need because they failed to program my old battery back to my vehicle. That’s sick . I’m currently having more trouble with my vehicle and I’m skeptical to take my car back to them because it seems like they just wanna take my money. Ive called several times today to get the phone number to my warranty service. The lady at the front desk is so nasty. I explained to her that I’m having car trouble and I would like to see if it’s a covered service ,she says” that she doesn’t know if I have a policy” without even checking first. I’ve called several times and left messages and no one has gotten back to me yet. I so regret buying a vehicle from this company outside of the sales person , everything else has been terrible . Regrettably I’m going to have to take my vehicle there for my oil changes because it’s part of my warranty. I honestly don’t want them to touch my car because I know that they see a female and they just wanna take my money. It’s so sad
