Sam's Club Tire & Battery

This place is terrible if you do not have an appointment made 2-weeks in advance. How are you suppose to make an appointment for an emergency flat that falls under their "free-flat-fix" policy? This guy Nevaristo has been working there 10+ years and will always make you wait HOURS for to fix a flat. Today I arrived at 9am for their "$180 door buster special" Checked out at 955am... they pulled my vehicle in after two hours left it in there for 30 minutes pulled it back out into the parking lot worked on six more cars after mine pulled my car back in at 3 o'clock and then fixed my car last So I was there for seven hours. Nevaristo won't/wouldn't even use the OBD to scanner to reset the TPMS sensor codes - Just flipped out after I was the last car he decided to do and did not put back on my custom valve stem covers. Want me to make another appointment two weeks out just to have him flash the engine code!!!

Hard to explain, but not a good experience here. For some reason the tech who started working on my tire repair stopped in the middle of it, and went to change tires on another vehicle that he had to pull in. So another tech ended up finishing. I was there for 3 hours for a tire repair that shouldn't have took longer than an hour fifteen minutes. He just stopped working on my tire and went to the next vehicle, that makes no sense. Any was thanks 3rd party tech for coming to update on the progress when the lead tech, and the tech that started the work on my tire didn't. He should be the lead tech if he is doing the lead tech job.

The tire and battery department here is an absolute disaster. If you love slow service and extremely long wait times this may be your place. 5 employees behind the counter and only one helping people check out.

Had a flat tire, bought one but couldn't get it put on with out an appointment and only two employees running their mouths too much instead of doing their jobs.

I went in today for a slow leak, and I had a very positive and friendly experience with every person I dealt with! The people working on my car were very informative and kept me in the loop
