Twisted customs is fantastic. Was greeted by Taylor and was told my options she was very friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. Zach was very professional and down to earth and understanding and explained everything and answered any questions I had. The prices were phenomenal compared to other shops in the area and you don't get the big corporate feel you get a more friendly family feeling but very very professional work. Had my truck done in one day had it on time when they told me it would be done. Truck rides way better than stock definitely recommend Twisted customs you have a customer for life

Very knowledgeable and great pricing! I went with Twisted Customs to get lowering shackles put on, however saw a lot of lifted trucks there as well. 100% recommend working with them to achieve the look you are looking for!

Zach is the best out there!!! I am so happy with all the hard work Zach and his team put into my truck! His attention to detail is phenomenal. I can’t thank twisted customs enough and everyone there that has treated me like family! They took my bone stock 21 Ram 2500 Limited and turned it into a masterpiece! They have done some over the top things that not anyone will just do. They took the truck in and made sure you had good quality products and something that was gonna look right and drive right! My business will always go there. There ain’t another shop that has done me more right then these guys here. I just want to give a big shout out to Twisted customs for treating me like family and treating my vehicle like it was their own they took my truck from mild to Wild. From the start Zack and Taylor were very informative and answered every question I had and directed me in the right direction and exceeded my expectations. They treated me like family were very very reasonably priced. These guys recently did a DCR conversion, manifold and several other small jobs that came with the DCR swap on my 2011 f250. They did a fantastic job, unfortunately due to the trucks age and miles after the job was done a coolant leak had popped up that was pretty bad and whenever I called Zach his customer service was top of the line. I am an hour away from his shop, I called him and told him about the coolant leak and he immediately sent a tow truck to my house at 6 pm and got it towed back to his shop and fixed the same night, and on his dime even though I offered to pay for parts at the very least! The following morning he and his guys even hand delivered my truck back to my house. His service is unmatched, and I am beyond appreciative of him going above and beyond. I would highly recommend twisted customs for any of your service and customization needs!
