DO NOT GO TO MIDAS. They rip you off and yet do not provide quality service. I got brake job from them in Jan. Hardly a month went by and the brake calipers and rotors were rusted out. They claimed to have used OEM quality and it definitely is not. Cheapest of cheap parts were used and the manager does not want to help. Escalated to corporate and they don’t care either. Avoid them and go find a better mechanic.

Had a 1pm appointment. They called and confirmed at 8:03 this morning. Get there at 12:50. They tell me they’re not going to be able to complete it today. Said other cars are ahead. I don’t know that. They do. A simple call to say they would need to reschedule be the right thing to do. Instead of telling the customer they won’t be able to do it because they close in 3 hours. Learn how to communicate. People shouldn’t have to show up to find out their appointment has been canceled. Do not go there.

I made an appointment with Rico for 4 new tires just before the holidays as I had to travel far. He and his technician Mr. Bruce I think can’t remember his first name were terrific as usual. I only let Rico and Midas service my vehicle as he is upfront with costs and he is always patient to explain issues I have going on so I understand them. There are a few more things on the list yet to fix so he helped me prioritize most important based on my funds and importance. So I will be back again! Thanks guys and keep up the great service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The representative from Rochester store there to train. Told me out of his mouth that once I pay $50 for car inspection I would pay an additional $50 and would be able to fix my brake pads. Upon completion of inspection he then told me my total for brake pads would be $251. Please do not patronize this business it is a full blown scam. They real you in with coupons that aren't accurate that says " installation required" installation fee still to be determined. FULL BLOW SCAM

I recently brought my car in for a road hazard tire repair. I found out that the warranty that I had purchased in Maryland was no longer honored by Midas. The manager Rico, went above and beyond in making sure I received great customer service. He contacted the Midas store in Maryland and arranged for them to honor the warranty. Throughout the process he was extremely courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable about making sure my warranty was honored. He's the reason why I'll continue to bring my card to Midas Madison Heights.
