Do not take your car here. My husband and I took our car here after we were in an accident. They said anything it took for us to leave it with them. The manager there said "I'll make your car like new" , well they did not. When my husband first received the car we had to take it back immediately because the trim on the passenger door in the corner by the front door was gapped open and flopping around. They left the car a mess with dust and some sort of paste all over the door handle. Also the door didn't shut correctly. When you shut it it would make contact with the frame and then jump up and over to close. We took it up there and they "repaired" it they claimed but one month later it popped out again. My husband has taken it up to this shop 3 times for the same issue. It also turns out we had this issue because the shop used the damaged trim from the door in the accident. They put on faulty trim and seals so all the water, ice, and salt from the roads could coat the inside of the door. It was shocking to find out they knew it was damaged and they still used it. My husband then filled out a survey for all state and apparently that upset the people who did a horrible hack job repairing our door. When my husband went in to get the part installed after taking it back for the same reason twice already, the manager thought it would be a great idea to attempt to belittle my husband, gas light him, and keep him there as long as he could asking the same question. He kept saying "so do you understand what we are fixing today?" I'm not exaggerating, this ego driven megalomaniac said this to him 10 times in total. OF COURSE MY HUSBAND KNOWS WHAT IS BEING REPLACED. HE IS THE ONE WHO KEPT BRINGING IT BACK TO YOU TO BE FIXED. After the 3rd time asking my husband "do you understand what we are fixing today?" My husband brought out his phone and showed him the pictures even and my husband asked him "why do you keep asking me that?". The manager responds "we'll we heard you wrote a survey for all state" so the manager retaliated with a humiliation ritual in front of customers and their employees because my husband left a dissatisfied survey. Even after my husband made it completely clear that he knows what is being replaced as he was the one who had taken it back 3 times already and showed him the pictures, the manager still proceeded to ask him several more times "Do you understand what is being fixed today?" I've never seen a business so unprofessional! We just wanted our car fixed right. It was a new car and we had to suffer all this harassment, time wasted, and embarrassment. Your car is better off anywhere else.

. The body shop crew has been awesome. Mikayla, Peter, Ron and the other technicians have my 2021Malibu looking like new again!!!! Black paint looks perfect!! They kept me informed every step of the way, handled insurance communications. Everyone at the dealership should be proud of the service this staff provides!!! Thank you a million times over!
