I was in between a rock and a hard place with a recent auto issue when I went to Craig's for the first time. The thing that most stands out to me now that the repair is finished, more so than the quality of the work (which was excellent), the timeliness of their communications and updates to me (frequent and informative) or the courteousness of the entire staff (amazing), is the true dedication to customer service that was clearly on display. I was very transparent about my goals for the repair and my limitations around it, and Craig's very clearly kept that in mind and ensured that when the vehicle was returned to me, it was exactly what I was expecting. Craig's treated me very well; I felt seen & heard as a customer. That is so rare in today's world! Thanks Craig's for the awesome work. See you next time 🙌

THIS AUTO SHOP IS THE BEST!!! Was referred and highly recommended to come here for my auto issue by manager John at Belle Tire Southfield location. I recently (this morning) brought my car in for a headlight issue (bulb was fine but wasn’t lighting). I had stopped in and set up an appt with Jenna (she is so super rad btw) last Wednesday evening as they were mega busy (and now I know why)… Long story short I came for my appt today and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Walked in at approx 9:30am and was greeted (by name btw) by the stellar Jenna… she is so mega friendly and asked how my weekend was and etc which I thought was very sweet. We talked about her weekend as well and I immediately felt really comfy with her (actually from the moment of making my appt last Wednesday). She’s super cool and very down to earth and (thank you Jenna for finding a slot appt so quickly!) I am telling everyone about you! Stay rad and from the bottom of my heart I thank you Jenna 😊 To Jimmy. Man oh man… you are truly beyond amazing and i cannot thank you enough for being so kind and caring with my auto. To the peeps reading this review …. Jimmy was the mechanic that serviced my headlight issue…. And he did a phenomenal job. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue and I will be testing out my now functioning again headlight tonight and I’m stoked about it. Jimmy heard about my eBrake not working and own his own sans me asking him to even look at it he went in and diagnosed the issue and told me about what’s wrong (and he did this all from the kindness of his heart… I wasn’t charged for this)…. Like who does that right?! Well Jimmy does! Side note … mega note worthy of mentioning here as well …. On top of that Jimmy discovered something that needed to be reconnected again as not enough airflow was circulating in my auto (separate from headlight issue and eBrake issue) and reconnected it back to place for me (again sans me asking to correct it and for free)…. This is someone who cares period. He was so sweet in talking to me as well and even reminded me I needed to readjust my driver seat bc he is taller when I left 😊 Jimmy … should you see this…. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything that you’ve done for me this morning…. No words for your service…. Aside from you are the GOAT in your trade …. And I will be back to see you to get the eBrake fixed. You are forever my new mechanic as I will specifically only ask for you every time I make an appt … and I am not kidding about it ☺️ your kindness will never be forgotten by me and thank you for genuinely caring about my auto. I am telling everyone about you too Jimmy! I now have a new mechanic … moving forward I will not be going anywhere else but Craig’s Auto Electric as Jenna and Jimmy are the bomb!! I just want to say thank you to Curt, for repairing my 2008 Chevy Cobalt. I got it back on 10-13-2023, after having been in the shop for four months. He worked tirelessly to solve my problem.
