Made an appointment. Droped the vehicle off at seven thirty in the morning. Get a call about nine. going to put the tires on & brakes are fine, but the brake fluid is dirty it needs to be flushed, and shocks and struts are bad. Took the tires, shocks & struts. Showed up at one. Van is still outside, I asked Bill at the counter what the story was, and they were waiting to get the van on the rack to put the tires on? I asked if you had to put the van on the rack to do the struts and shocks, and he said yes. He apologized for the incompetence and said he would take care of me on the bill for the inconvenience. 330 vehicle was ready. I checked out and paid. no discount, not a word from Bill. Typical.... The best part is I get on the freeway and drive for about ten minutes. The tire light comes on, and the vehicle is pulling to the left? New tires, shocks, struts, and an alignment? Take a look at the gages. This is what I see. They put the front tires on the left side of the vehicle and the back tires on the left side of the vehicle. Great job if I was running a Nascar race. Thought the Chesterfield store was a mess, this is worse.

Edit to 5 Super quick battery replacement at a very good price. Excellent employees. ---- Nice experience but the price for an oil change is way to high, but the estimate for battery replacement was fair and reasonable. Staff is nice.

I live nearby this store and have relied on them for assessing and repairing my tires in the past, which they will do at no cost. I can drop the car off and walk home with little disruption to my day. I always intended to give them my tire business if we needed to purchase new tires. On this occasion, however, I was told my flat tire was unrepairable and that I needed 4 new tires because the tread wear was low - a claim that is very much in doubt. This vehicle is only 2 1/2 years old and had less than 28,000 miles on the original factory tires that had been warrantied to last 60,000 miles. Still, an unrepairable tire is an unrepairable tire. I requested a quote on 4 new tires with a 40,000 mile rating since I don't drive much and if true to the warranty they would last me at least another couple of years. The customer service agent refused my request and only quoted me for expensive top-of-the-line tires (I compared them online with similar tires of the same size). I was still working so my husband went to pick the car up, which meant we could take our time comparing prices and choosing the right tire for our car without the pressure. We took the car to Discount Tire and were provided exactly what we asked for, without the paternalism and nasty attitude - and at a much more affordable price. We will not be sacrificing our expectations of customer service for the convenience of a walkable location.

Check engine light came on the other day. Took it to belle tire in Royal Oak. Turbo went bad on my 146k encore. Will and the rest of the guys at belle tire got me back up and running that day. I take all my cars here when they need service. Thanks to everyone there.
