The service so terrible. Our car was left there for more than a week and no one called us. The person who helped us was not in the office after that. So there was no one to take it over. We had to took our car to another Mercedes place to get what it needs be done. NEVER come back this place anymore.

Our experience there was truly painless. Elizabeth was our rep, she took charge wrote us up, got us a loaner and we were in and out rather quickly. During the service time she kept us up to date and was very professional. When we picked up our car it looked great, runs great, we are very happy. Thank you

SERVICE DEPARTMENT OFFERS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Being a “high end” dealership they have no professionalism and lack communication skills. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have a 2022 AMG GLE 53 I’ve had to take it in for service and different issues and each time I have to call multiple times to get updates because they have no common courtesy to update you. Each time I’ve picked up my car the only thing they’re good at is charging you. They have NEVER let me know what they did to my car or what they found or what needs to be fixed on it. This last visit I told them NOT to wash my car because it was detailed and guess what they did… they threw it in the car wash and left it with water spots all over. If you’re not going to listen to the customer at least dry it and make it look presentable for when I pick it up. I have left the manager voicemails and I haven’t received a call back to relay my concerns. Save yourself the stress and purchase your car at a different dealer. One where their service “advisors” have common courtesy and actual professionalism.
