Kindness during a bad situation. I was driving home on Interstate 15, in the toll road lane and within site of Cajalco. I was stopped in traffic, when all of a sudden I was struck from the rear. I sustained a concussion and whiplash. The next day I arrived at Faith Quality Auto Body. I was greeted by Melissa, who was very kind and helpful. I was a little cloudy still and Melissa helped me through the process of signing paperwork. I had questions and Melissa was very patient. I needed my personal property from the trunk, but it was crushed. Melissa called Jason (GM) to assist me. I am sure Jason had many other things, more important, to do. Jason took his time and assisted me. Jason was able to get the rear seats down when I could not, after trying myself several times. Jason didn’t with ease. I spoke to Jason about my concerns with the vehicle. Jason assured me that they would evaluate the condition of the vehicle and get me a ballpark estimate asap. I was only gone from Faith Quality Auto Body for about an hour and a half. Jason gave me a call and advised me that the vehicle was a total loss. Although the vehicle was a total loss, it was not their fault. Jason and Melissa handled me and my situation in a very kind and professional manner. I appreciate Faith Quality Auto Body. I would definitely recommend Faith Quality Auto Body to all my friends and family.

I've been using Faith Quality Auto Body since they opened over thirty years ago! My entire family has been going to them for years. They have the best service and do the finest work. Faith Quality Auto Body is amazing. From the minute I dropped off my car until the moment I picked it up my experience was outstanding. They assisted me in getting a rental car, communicated with me during the repair process, worked with my insurance and went above and beyond to help me through this process. From Celeste at the front desk to Jimmy and even the GM Jason, everyone puts customer service first. I could not be happier with Faith Quality and would recommend them to my friends and family.

UPDATE: So the work was completed in one week and truck was detailed, I'm happy with faith once again! UPDATE: records were found, scheduled a drop off date, back in business with faith. If all goes well, post will be upgraded. Thank you Cathy for your research. Faith has always done quality work for me, anytime I needed it. They work well with insurance company. But this time, my Ram Rebel had the fender damaged and faith seemed to do another great job, and once again said it has a lifetime warranty. Several years later the paint faded and cracked like a spider web. I take it back today 8/21/24 and suddenly they have no records of me ever being there! I have had 4 vehicles repaired over the last 20 years with them and there are no records with my name on them. They couldn't even find my VIN in the "Old system ". Sad to say, because i really liked faith, but I guess it's time to take my business elsewhere.

I thought my Tesla car was non-salvageable after I wiped-out my left-side wheels, tires, and steering, but became pleasantly surprised that Faith Auto Body could fix and did fix it ahead of the targeted finish date. My car looks and runs like new. The whole staff were great in their guaranteed work, customer service, and in the way they run their whole business. Wish I took a before and after picture because it seems unbelievable to me still.

What a wonderful experience out of a accident. The ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. Everyone I came in contact with either in person or via phone were professional, nice, and helpful. I have never been an accident so I never knew how to everything was going to be processed, but it was a seamless experience. From appointment, to renting a car and pickup. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready by Friday. I didn’t have major damage(fender bender), but they made the process and experience of already a high stressful situation -to a pleasant one. My car was returned to me and it looked just as new. I am very pleased. Highly recommended!!
