I’ve gone to 3 other shops locally, no one will take care of you like Frankfurt Autohaus. Angela and frank were amazing and super patient with me. I had my car at another shop that couldn’t determine the issue and they found it right away. They always update you throughout the day by calling and by texting which is great. Not the first time I’ve gone here and definitely won’t be the last.

The team at Autohaus Frankfurt are super amazing! I felt informed of what my BMW needed at every step of the process. Unfortunately a complex electrical issue with my 340i's electronically controlled water cooling system occurred. I typically work on my own cars, but I simply didn't have the time or the right diagnostics tools to complete this job. It is a difficult service to do. I was very happy with the work and attention to detail their team provided to me and my car. It is my only means of transportation to work and they got me done quickly even right before the holiday weekend. Definitely going back for any work I need on my 340i. Thank you Autohaus Frankfurt.

I recently brought my GLE to Autohaus Frankfurt for the first time to diagnose an unusual jerking issue. They performed a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle, even identifying an issue with one of the tires that the dealer may have overlooked during the last service. The facility appears to have equipment on par with what you'd find at a dealership. They updated the vehicle's transmission software to the latest version, completed an A service, and had us back on the road in no time. I keep my vehicle meticulously detailed, I was thrilled to have it returned in the same condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

One of my headlights died and only have today free to get all my errands done. Sooo happy Autohaus Frankfurt let me walk in without an appointment. Hilda (right spelling?) is the nicest person! Professional but very personable. Found the place right away, and was impressed by how everything looks. Saw a lot of handsome cars getting worked on. It’s refreshing to find local businesses that are honest and truly value the quality of service they provide. Oh, thanks for the fast service too!

I've taken both of our Mercedes to Autohaus Frankfurt for initial inspections & subsequent services. The Team there are fabulous in every way; communication, expertise & provision of records. Definitely a 5 STAR shop. I highly recommend Autohaus Frankfurt

I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Autohaus Frankfurt for the last 15 or so years, and I have always been extremely impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. It was my first time getting an oil change, full diagnostics and a minor tune-up for my 30k mileage service and this place did not disappoint! Received a full report on diagnostics and recommended services for current and future tune-ups. Ulises was our technician. Will definitely go back to this shop for future services! Bonus: I got a free snack on pick-up !

I took my BMW X7 in for an oil change, and the entire process—from scheduling an appointment to dropping off and picking up the car—was seamless. The pricing was fair and competitive with other shops I contacted. I also appreciated the thoughtful note they left inside the car at pickup. If you have a German car, I highly recommend this shop, and I’ll continue bringing my car here for future work.

This business was very helpful, courteous and professional. My car is running well. They got me an uber home which was very nice. Their price point is less than the dealer. I highly recommend and will be returning.
